Quiet street and close to restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, etc. Convenient location for MCRD Parris Island (families of graduates).

This home has a decent-sized lot and parking spaces available.

There are 3 bedrooms in total. The master bedroom (with a king-sized bed) is on one side and has its own bathroom and walk-in-closet. The other two bedrooms (both with queen-sized beds) are located on the opposite side (from the master) and they share a bathroom.

This home also has a bar area with one sofa and one futon (full).

This home has all new furniture in the living room, bedrooms and dining room!

The microwave handle is broken, the cabinets don't line up, the outlets didn't work. Master bathroom drains don't drain correctly; top door hinge is off, mold in the master shower where tile was removed, the cold water handle is broken in the master shower. Whomever is maintaining this home needs to be checked on.

First off, the AC did not work at all when we got there. It took til the next day for them to fix it. The cleanliness was not good. The previous tenants had left some feminine cleaner in the bathroom cabinet. The shower handles in the master bathroom were messed up. The microwave handle was completely broken. Several dishes were broken. The outside trash bins were full upon arrival. I can say that they did get the A/C fixed within 24 hours. Communication with the home owner was terrible. She answered when I first called but then decided to avoid all future phone calls.

Not what I hoped for

Upon arrival we found that the futon was broken taking away a space we had planned to use for sleeping, dishes were dirty and had to be washed before use. All issues were relayed to the host and I have since not heard back

Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was large enough to accommodate our family. We live in this area when we were stationed in Beaufort and loved it. We would stay again.

This still was absolutely perfect for our whole family to stay at for our graduation! Host is super friendly and accommodating.

Unimpressed

We stayed with some friends over a weekend and liked the location which was close to downtown. However, the home itself had issues. The bathroom showers had mold, the kitchen cabinets were falling off the hinges, and the house had an area which was obviously going through remodels

The house was extremely outdated. The kitchen oven was very dirty. We had to clean it before use. Water pressure in master bathroom sink was to low for use. Mold in the master bathroom shower. Outside the house was very dirty.

Wedding

We visited Beaufort for a family wedding and selected this home to rent. Home is a little older but price fit the home. Communication with the owner was easy and check-in was effortless. I recommend this home for anyone wanting a cost efficient place to stay.

Stayed for Marine Corps graduation

Property was great. A little wear on the blinds in the living room, some garbage behind the dresser in the master bedroom and some shower liner falling apart but those are all small things. The kitchen was in good shape. Lots of silverware and some items in cabinets for coffee/tea. Decent supply of plates, cups, pots and pans, serving spoons, etc. Great amount of space for 6-8 people I’d say. central Air was great. Refrigerator was missing a light bulb inside. Again place was 98% clean and was roomy. Only 8-10 minute drive to Paris Island Marine base. Great location. Would stay here again for sure.

Awesome Stay

Wonderful quiet neighborhood with easy access to base. Home was nice and spacious that accommodated our group of six. Would definitely stay here again. Our host was extremely helpful as we had to arrive earlier than expected due to Hurricane Francine. We especially enjoyed seeing the deer frolicking through the nearby trees.

The siding outside could use some repairs as well as the flooring by the front door. Master shower drains very slowly. Overall our stay was good. We were there for our Son's graduation.

Perfect for Marine Graduation

This home is a ten minute drive to the gates at Parris Island. Owners were VERY quick to address the small issue we had while we were staying there.

We stayed in the area for our son’s graduation. The property was perfect for us since we had multiple adults coming for family day and graduation. We had plenty of room. The best part was it is located just 10 minutes away from Parris Island. It made the early morning commute to base easy.

Grimy property, overall. It has potential, but there's some work needed. Loved Beaufort/Port Royal area and would definitely vacation there again, but wouldn't stay here.

The house and location were great, with it being only a few minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go. And the house was very spacious which made it great for my sons wheelchair.

Roomy and overall a great place to stay

Overall the house was perfect for our family and the description is accurate. We had plenty of room for all of us and we were only minutes away from Parris Island. We did find some random socks, a pair of shoes, and a few other little things that was trash in the bedrooms. The trash can outside was also completely full and we had no where to put our trash for the 4 days we were there. The bar area is also still being worked on and there was a ton of boxes stacked behind it. Honestly we would rent this house again if we needed to come back to the area.

Convenience and spacious

This home had lots of space for 6 adults and one child. Location was great for the Airshow. Could have used a larger coffee maker and more pans but we were able to make so. Enjoyed our stay.
