101 Strawberry Way- Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier.
Located in the quiet community of Breezewood in the heart of Rehoboth Beach. This home is conveniently located off of Coastal Highway and has easy access to area restaurants, shopping, public transportation and the beach. The community is perfect setting for bikes rides and taking a leisurely stroll. The home is very spacious and has plenty of room for everyone! The well equipped kitchen, 8 tall seating dining area and living room all flow together at the entry of the home. This is a great space for entertaining and enjoying the entire family or group of friends. There is a private bedroom/den on the first floor with a day bed with trudge bed and a second large living area that includes a 1 Daybed king. The first floor includes one full bathroom. The second floor includes 2 guests bedrooms that share a full bathroom situated in the hallway and a primary bedroom with a full bath en-suite. There are two outdoor areas to enjoy! One is off of the living area, concrete Patio with Adirondack chairs and picnic-style table with benches/umbrella and the other is in the front yard pergola with 7 seating dining table on artificial lawn. This home does not allow pets, owners are highly allergic. This is a non smoking home. Nightly rentals are permitted all year long

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $275.50.

Quick stay

We got to the house around 6 pm to a house that had no air conditioning on. The thermostat on the first floor said it was 90 degrees. We guessed the upstairs was around 110 degrees. By midnight it registered 84 degrees on the first floor. We ended up making arrangements to sleep in the first floor with a mattress on the floor. We had as many fans as we could in the home. Which makes me wonder how often this happens in this home.The other thing that was shown in the property for use was the upstairs on suite shower. It is shown in the listing and now there is a note saying it can’t be used. This should be stated in the listing. Also the outdoor shower water needs to be turned on before use inside laundry room. The problem is it is high on the wall above the washer. All I wanted to do was go to the Beach for a few days. We never made plans for a full vacation this year because I have been going through breast cancer treatment. This was not a good way to experience a relaxing vacation. It took nearly a full day to get ahold of the property manager. After leaving a message and textingI finally got a response. The positive part is we were refunded 200 for the first day.

August 11-15

Overall my friends and I enjoyed the stay at the house. The bedrooms were very comfortable, with the rooms being spacious and not too hot/cold. The kitchen had everything that you might ask for, with the stove itself being particularly nice. The one complaint/issue was regarding the garage/garage door. After the second or so day, the garage door was unable to be closed and needed a handyman to take a look at it. This was not a massive issue as it was stuck open, but it did make it a bit difficult to complete all the tasks at checkout. Overall the house was gorgeous and I definitely recommend staying here.

7 days in Rehoboth

A funky house in a good location. Strange equipment in kitchen: no can opener, no toaster or toaster oven but an excellent large oven. A NEST HVAC system that we had to keep resetting to have a consistent temperature in the house. Despite an earlier review to the contrary, there was toilet paper in the bathrooms upon arrival.

Rehoboth Beach stay

Overall we had a positive experience. The house was spacious and comfortable. It doesn't seem to be set up for families with small children though (dining room table and chairs are tall and there are only breakable dishes available, no normal tub). The description of the beds was confusing. The one king bed is in the open family room on the main floor (there is no door to the room so there's no privacy). There is a small office space with a door directly off the family room and it has one single bed with a trundle bed. Beside the dining area there is a sun room with glass doors where there is a double sleep sofa.Upstairs there are three bedrooms (one with two sets of bunks, two with queens). The main bedroom with a queen has a bathroom adjoining (no door to the bathroom). It would be helpful to update/clarify the bed situation for future guests. A few things on the property need attention: the outdoor shower was not working properly (water needed to be turned on inside the garage, not easy to access, and water leaked and sprayed all around from the handle so we had to turn it back off and weren't able to use it). There were a lot of wasps around the upstairs deck off the main bedroom and on the patio, there seemed to be a wasp nest nearby. A few suggestions for improvement: dressers in the bedrooms would be great, and more places to hang clothes/towels. The kitchen could really use a toaster. The house is nicely decorated and in a convenient location in a nice neighborhood.

Pleasant property on a quiet street

The house is clean and comfortable with all amenities. This is a very nice space for a family. Plenty of parking in driveway although no parking is allowed on the street. The yard is a bit wild but there is a park within walking distance.

Scandle vacation

Overall the property is inviting. The recycling bin was full when we arrived, no toilet paper( notice it’s in lease I just find it weird to not at least have 1 roll) , cobwebs in living room & it looks like the windows were recently replaced( all windows still had the stickers on them). The outside needs to be pruned up. More than enough room & quite cozy. It’s in a lovely neighborhood & not far from places we like . Can’t wait to book again!
