Fabulous property. We had a wonderful visit. The pool and hot tub were highlights. Pool was a perfect temperature for mid-October chill, at 85-86. It was as well appointed as any VRBO we’ve been to (16). Comfortable large beds and spa-like bathrooms, well segregated for multiple generations- we had 3. Gen 1 downstairs, all younger upstairs. It’s a good location for multiple adventures in any direction, though there’s not much within walking distance. The area is still being developed- mostly vacation properties. We had very few neighbors as it was off-season. We liked that, especially since we had some high pitched little girls enjoying the outside pool for hours on end. We made some priceless memories- best vacation ever. Thanks to very responsive Mike who troubleshooted a couple issues promptly.

We had an absolutely amazing stay from beginning to end. The home was beautiful, comfortable, exceptionally well maintained, and had everything we could have wanted. The entire experience exceeded our expectations.Mike was a fantastic host: welcoming, responsive, gracious, and a pleasure to deal with throughout our stay. You can tell that he genuinely cares about both the property and the experience of his guests.All around, we could not have asked for a better stay. We would absolutely come back and would recommend Mike and his home without hesitation. Five stars without question, and if there were more stars to give, we would happily give them!

Great visit with old friends. Slept everyone comfortably and pool/hot tub and deck were great! Mike was responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Amazing place and great new memories, best rental

This property is the perfect place to come back to after a long day of exploring. The home is well appointed and cozy. It is the best place we’ve ever rented. We will be coming back for sure!

Great if you want to be close to the sand dunes and sand hollow as well as hurricane. Great central area to St. George and zions.

We had a great stay and everything was new and beautiful. Great location to Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Grand Canyon. Owner was available for any issues and very accommodating.

Welcoming host and great property to accommodate grandparents, parents, teens and children with room to spread out. Clean and practical with reasonable expectations from the owner. Just the place we needed for a comfortable spring break!

Amazing property

Three generation family vacation— home was the perfect layout for us. Location was great for access to the parks (national and state). Amenities nearby with easy access but still felt rural. Mike was quick to respond to requests. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Amazing place to stay

We had a group of 12; 3 families of four stay here and we LOVED it. The house was beautiful, roomy, and exactly what we needed. We were here in the summer when it was blazing hot, and the pool was welcomed everyday after hiking long hours in the morning. The host was always responsive to all questions and if we get to come back out here we will definitely want to come back here!!!

Great Family Getaway

Such a beautiful and luxurious vacation stay! We rarely left! Spent everyday in the pool, evenings in the hot tub. The home was immaculate with a gorgeous interior. Mike was so attentive to all of our needs. Definitely coming back💗 can’t say enough about this place….

A perfect getaway!

This house was 💯 perfection in so many ways. From the beautiful style and decor to the cleanliness, communication and having every amenity under the sun, we were lacking nothing on this vacation! Beautiful retreat for active adventure!

The home was stunning, teenagers loved the bunk room, we took full advantage of the pool and hot tub, wonderfully appointed property, easy access to the routes to Zion, Bryce, and all the active adventures in the area. Mike was very responsive and helpful. Two families, 5 teenage boys, incredible adventure and memories!

This house is beautiful, simple as that!! We felt very welcomed and comfortable here. The pictures don’t do it justice, the decor is beautiful. Mike was very welcoming and helpful with everything. We will definitely come back to this home for another stay. You won’t regret choosing this house!!
