Englewood Crest Nest. Large home with amazing views of entire valley!

Come relax in your own comfortable 3,000 s.f custom home high on the hill in the West Valley area of Yakima with expansive views of the entire valley. Wake up to see the Ahtanum Hills and Mount Adams. Enjoy hiking/mountain biking in Cowiche trail right nearby. Great restaurants, breweries, wineries and live music.

The space
On the main level is the main living room with lots of windows to enjoy views of Mount Adams and entire valley with a baby grand piano and gas fireplace. A full kitchen, dining table for 6, a breakfast bar, laundry room and a guest bathroom. There is a large master bedroom and bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub on main level and private deck. In the living room there is a Queen hideaway bed in living room for extra 7th or 8th guest.

On the lower level of the home there are two bedrooms. One has a queen sized bed and the other has a full sized bed and twin bed. There is also a good size kitchen/dining area, breakfast bar, pool table, living room with sofa, fireplace, TV, wi-fi, covered patio with a dining table and chairs and BBQ and a beautiful view. Kitchen: refrigerator,/freezer, microwave, infection stove top with convection/ toaster oven, dishwasher, Elite Keurig, French press, hot pot, teas, coffee pods, a Britta water pitcher in the frig. Some fruit, milk, cereals and pancake mix,BBQing condiments, pots and pans for cooking. A large box of games for kids and adults available to use.

Note: One dog $25 per day may be allowed but only with prior approval by me. There will be an extra service fee of $25 a day for each adult guest beyond 6 people. Children stay free under the age of 12 but please note that my back yard has no fence and has terraces not suitable for small children. Also the place is not completely baby proofed such as the outlets, baby gates etc. There is a high chair available and there is also a travel crib available for infants. Pool table and piano are to be used by adults or young adults only.

Parking and accessibility:
1-3 cars allowed. The main level of house accessible by stepping up two small steps. The stairs leading down to lower unit are rustic and you must be able bodied to climb up and down that set of stairs. There are also inside stairs that lead down to the lower level of the home.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES: Guests are allowed in all areas except: Garage, storage room on deck, storage room on lower level and master bedroom closet. Only registered guests are allowed in the home unless prior approval by me has been made ahead of time. I'm strict on this policy. If this is not followed your reservation will be immediately cancelled.
No drugs (of any kind) or heavy drinking allowed. If I get any complaints from the neighbors of loud noise etc. your reservation will be immediately cancelled. Social drinking is fine! Smoking cigarettes is never allowed inside the home. You may smoke on the patios using an ashtray. No smoking weed anywhere on the property inside or outside.
