Cette maison individuelle nouvellement construite est situĂ©e dans la station de Coolidge Falls. Bien que situĂ© dans la station balnĂ©aire, la vue boisĂ©e et les environs confĂšrent Ă  cette belle maison de vacances un sentiment d’isolement.

Au niveau de l'entrĂ©e, vous trouverez une chambre avec un lit queen size et une salle de bain complĂšte juste devant la porte. De plus, vous trouverez Ă  ce niveau l’accĂšs Ă  la grande terrasse enveloppante ainsi qu’à la cuisine principale, au coin repas et au salon avec une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat / lecteur DVD et une cheminĂ©e Ă  bois. Voyagez Ă  l'Ă©tage, de l'entrĂ©e Ă  la suite parentale avec tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat, foyer au bois, balcon et salle de bain complĂšte avec baignoire Ă  jets. Au niveau en dessous de l'entrĂ©e se trouvent deux chambres (chacune avec un lit queen et accĂšs Ă  une terrasse extĂ©rieure), une salle de bain 3/4 et la buanderie avec machine Ă  laver et sĂšche-linge. Le niveau le plus bas de cette propriĂ©tĂ© spacieuse offre un grand espace ouvert et une salle de bain complĂšte.

Profitez du club de natation, de tennis et de remise en forme du Village avec deux piscines intĂ©rieures, deux piscines extĂ©rieures, quatre jacuzzis (un extĂ©rieur), un sauna, une salle d’entraĂźnement et 12 courts de tennis pour votre plus grand plaisir. Vous trouverez Ă  proximitĂ© de l’équitation, du VTT, des randonnĂ©es pĂ©destres et une balade en gondole panoramique jusqu'au sommet du mont Loon.

It was good, a little large for us, we had 4. They should do something with the lower level, make a game room, a bar and TV, something. this giant room just sits there, 1 small couch, nothing else. Access to the pool and hot tub was Great.

The house was large and had comfortable beds. Central AC was nice. Check-in with Loon reservations was easy. The house has the basics, but that is it. The rooms are pretty sparse. The lower level could really benefit from some more furniture/TV to make it fun entertainment space. Extra linens in the closets were not clean, so bring anything you want past bathroom towels and sheets on the beds.

Check in was well executed and very easy to check in. The unit was fabulous, clean, well stocked and located just minutes to the mountain by shuttle or driving your personal vehicle. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. I give this unit and management team 5-STARS.

Hiking, Bicycling, & Brewery Trip

Very happy with our stay at this house. It's larger than it looks in the pics. Kitchen was generally well equipped. The location is beautiful and perfect if you plan to hike, bike, and/or visit breweries in the western Whites. There's probably other stuff to do but I have no clue. The folks at Loon were very helpful with all questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home
 with a mosquito problem

We have stayed at this house before and just love it - it’s beautiful, with lots of decks, it’s comfortable and close to everything
 However, on our latest stay, the house was FULL of mosquitoes, which made it so we could not relax in the house. We also found used towels in the washing machine, and high was kind of gross. Due to this, this will be our last stay here. Disappointing!

Fall in beautiful New Hampshire

Blankets were either on the closet floor or thrown on a shelf in the closet, obviously not clean.. The lockbox could not be Opened upon arrival or departure. Fortunately, we ran into a police officer, and he came to the house and with great effort was able to open it..Roku in living room not working. Unable to use lockbox when we left so key was delivered to Loon Reservation Service.
