A Dream Come True Lake House - The prettiest sunset view on the lake!

This small piece of paradise sits in one of the most sought-after subdivisions on one of the most sought-after lakes in the state. The water is deep and calm. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms are in the main house, with a large living area and dining area, laundry and kitchen and two bedrooms and two baths downstairs, two bedrooms, one bath upstairs. The downstairs is fully accessible with no steps between drive, downstairs, and back deck. Over the heated and cooled game room/garage there is a large sleeping area with a full bath. Property sleeps 15 comfortably. The kitchen has new quartz counter tops and all new stainless appliances. The property went through an extensive re-model and update in 2020. New floors, interior paint, quartz counter tops, lighting, fans, appliances, crown molding and more! Outside there is a boat dock with fish cleaning station. Enjoy the best sunsets on the lake from the dock and backyard!

Great Place to Stay on the Lake

This place was awesome! It has a great yard and dock with plenty of activities to have fun. The house and loft were very spacious, and the owner is a great communicator! I would definitely book again.

Perfect getaway

We had the most amazing “unplugged” weekend at this home with family and friends. The property is beautifully decorated and has enough space for everyone. The lake was beautiful and we will be back for sure!

Wonderful Place For a Family Get Together

What a wonderful place for our annual reunion with grown kids and grand kids! House is beautiful and well maintained, with plenty of space for everyone, inside and out. Our only problem was our time here went way too fast!

Annual family gathering

House was exactly as it stated it was. Clean well stocked home! Boat dock was well maintain with lots of water vessels for the kids to play on! Game room in garage was well kept with basketball throw, shuffle board, foosball table and other items for all ages! Neighbors were quiet and respectful of us being there!

Nice getaway

My family which includes older parents, us, my sis family and 5 teens enjoyed our stay. The gameroom and unattached loft were great for teens. The dock and cove were nice. There is plenty of uncovered deck to hang out on as well.

GREAT PLACE TO GET AWAY

We arrived to this place and it was just what we needed. We actually went for our daughters graduation form A&M, it was an hour drive North but well worth it to get away from the crazy from graduation. We will definitely be back here with friends to escape the Dallas life for a while.

Annual Family trip

This was our 2nd time to stay at this house! The reason we picked this house was that it is the best house to stay on a family vacation! The communication with the owner is 10 stars. Steve is a wonderful host! We enjoyed every bit of this stay, the sites, the house itself was amazing! The sunsets, the sunrises, deer coming into the yard, there is nothing I can’t say bad about this house! Go and see for yourself and enjoy the peace and quiet

Fun Summer Getaway

Enjoy the spacious house, especially the kitchen. Garage activities were fun for everyone. Caught different type of fish! Overall, awesome place to stay with friends and family.

Best Getaway ever!!!

This house is amazing, it had everything we needed! Our family has two little ones and it had things for them to play with, board games for the adults. Beautiful scenery, wonderful neighborhood, great property manager. Loved every minute of our getaway! We are even talking about going back to this house next year! This house is a must stay house in our book!

Great vacation spot!

This was a great vacation spot for my whole family. The sleeping arrangement was great with plenty of bathrooms and the kitchen/living area was very spacious. The game room was perfect for the kids when they weren't down at the lake. The water was shallow enough for my 7 year old to touch near the side of the pier and deep enough for all the water activities for the older ones. Finally, the sunset was breath taking! I would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful home with all you need

The home was just lovely and impeccably clean. It easily accommodates large groups in comfort. Kids (& adults) will love the game room. The host provides a helpful handout and was readily available for questions. I’ve rented literally dozens of homes and this ranks as one of the best. Highly recommend.

Yearly family trip

House was most comfortable for our extended family. We enjoyed lake morning, kayaking, afternoon swim and funtime, evening adult float. My sons likebto cook on the outdoor flat grill used for breakfasts and dinners. We had a round robin game night using all the games.in the garage. We were.never bored. Family would like to return again.

This was the second year our extended family gathered for a long weekend together. This house is comfortable, spacious, and very well appointed. We bring our boat so there is fishing for the fishermen, tubing for the kids, swimming off the dock, plenty of inside room for games and cards and a big screen to watch the Astros as a family like when we were kids! My dad wants to book for the next year before we even check out. Lake Limestone is a beautiful, peaceful lake! The host is so easy to communicate with. Check in and out couldn’t be easier. I cannot recommend this house enough! We will be back next year!

The Texas Sibs

"We're all getting older" and this was the perfect place to work out some kinks in our old joints. All of us are in our 60's and 70's and it allowed us the best place ever to gather and stay connected away from our crazy lives. Reminiscing over our childhood exploits, all while sitting in the most scenic surroundings. Go if you can! Steve's the best! The Texas Sibs are definitely going back! Thanks Steve!!!

We Will Be Back! ☀️

The pictures and description do not do this property justice! We had 8 adults & 3 kids (7-16yo) for 4 nights with plenty of space for all of us. The house is AMAZING! Clean, comfortable & well-appointed (everything we forgot was already there!). Huge kitchen, table for 8 PLUS a game table, seating for NINE in the living room, ping pong, cornhole, paddle boards, frisbee golf (who has this?!), etc etc etc. My 74yo dad instructed me to book next year within 30 minutes of arriving 😆 The owner was more than accommodating and easy to contact. We will be back!
