Unique and historic family home in the heart of the Perche, Normandy

Less than two hours from Paris in the lower Normandy, our house and its two hectares of hilly meadows awaits you. Located at the end of a private driveway, totally isolated but five minutes from all the shops, our house is made to welcome warm family or friend reunions. You will enjoy the comfort of a perfectly restored 300 years old house, and while you rest in front of the fire, you will see deer strolling in front of the windows. In the surroundings, the regional natural park of the Perche, its villages of character (La Perrière, Bellême), the animation of Mortagne au Perche (famous market, cinema, media library, swimming pool and numerous antique dealers, second-hand goods dealers, bookshops, bars).
The "voie verte", a former railroad track, is open on 70kms to pedestrians, cyclists and horse riders.
