Steps from the Super Bee lift in east village on the 5th floor with amazing views of the valley!
Small, compact, efficient studio + bunk room. Fully equipped kitchen with storage throughout the condo. Ski locker on 1st floor: walk 500 feet to the lift for 1st tracks. Covered parking. W/D in the building.
Rental shop on 1st floor and Copper bus stop is steps from the condo. Adjacent to Copper Station with shopping + dining.

If you are looking for a cozy, freshly remodeled, modern, ski in/ski out close to the lift where you can get on the hill and do a few runs before breakfast, stop back for lunch and relax after a day of skiing, this is the place for you! In one of the closest complexes to the Super Bee lift, it has a great kitchen, stocked with the all the basics, including common spices, cooking oil, condiments, coffee and tea. There is a Lori wall bed in the living room to take in the amazing views of the valley, along with a modular sofa. You can stream or game on our 44" smart flatscreen. The twin XL bunks are big enough adults and located in a separate room for privacy.
This cozy condo is small at 379 square feet and located in the East Village, steps away from the Super Bee lift and away from all the hubbub of center village. The Copper bus is right up the street to center and west villages. Ambiance without the craziness of being in the heart of it all. A true skiers dream come true.
You are staying in our home away from home. One of us are usually available by text or phone and we live locally.
Copper Station, which has dining and a bar (JJ's Tavern), Camp Hale Coffee Shop and Copper Sports ski shop is across the walkway and there is a Christy Sports ski rental shop in the base of the building the condo is in. Double Diamond restaurant is right next door. It is very pedestrian and beautiful to take a walk around the base area when it is snowing.
You will have covered parking (important during a snowstorm) and there is an elevator as well as stairs in the building. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT PARKING IS FOR ONE VEHICLE AND CLEARANCE IN THE PARKING GARAGE IS 90". If your vehicles taller or you have an additional vehicle, you will have to do reserved, pay parking.
Copper has a great local bus system and The Summit Stage, a free bus service for traveling to Frisco, Breckenridge, Keystone, Dillon and A Basin is steps away from the building.
Please remove your shoes after entering the unit. There is storage for them in the closet to the right the right after you enter the unit.
Do not wear ski/snowriding boots of any kind inside the unit. We just replaced the flooring because the heavy boots cause cracks and scratching of the floor
We have a strict no smoking and no pets policy; violation of this policy will result is a $500 surcharge on your stay. -No shoes in the condo please

-Strip used linens (not the mattress, duvet covers, or comforters/bedspreads) from the beds and leave them in the bathtub
- Tidy up before you leave; please wipe down the top and inside of the stove if it is messy.
-Lower thermostat to 60 degrees
-Take out the trash and recycling: dumpster located in the west side of the parking garage. If you take the stairs to the right as you exit the condo, you will see the door on the far side of the parking garage as you exit the building.
-Run the dishwasher if you have dirty dishes
-Replace the ski locker key back on the hook to the right of the entrance door
-Please leave the murphy bed in the "down" position when you check out

The sleeping arrangements were better than expected from the pictures. It's an avid skiers dream location right next to the Super Bee lift (which services the Eastern terrain at Copper which is all blue/black terrain and usually less crowded). I traveled with my daughter and her friend who are less advanced so they typically started the day by hoping on the Copper shuttle to West Village which is perfect for beginners or less advanced skiiers. We also really enjoyed the Woodward Barn. This was also a very easy check in process (no separate stop).

The condo is perfect and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. It is super cute, modern and very clean! It’s in a great location and has an incredible view. The hosts are excellent in communication and are so friendly!!! Would highly recommend this property!

Great location for skiing
Super happy with location; skied 6 days in row, loved the short walk to SuperBee lift, and easy walk back to unit for lunch every day. Also took advantage of ski shop between unit and SuperBee to demo skis one day.Kitchen very well equipped for making meals. Nice bathroom and shower.Only minor issue is lack of comfortable seating to relax at least for us. 2 bean bag chairs, but we couldn't get comfortable in. And stools at counter not the most comfortable, but serviceable. All all, had a very enjoyable week. Thank you!

An awesome location in a small but very useable space
We had a great time here, mostly because of the ease of parking, the rental place on the first floor, resort ticket booth across walkway, and the superbee lift being 50 yards from the door!This was such a perfect location! The place was clean, well kept and I really appreciated the small sun screen packets in the kitchen, because I did get a bit scorched my first day. Having these packets let me not worry about having to go somewhere buy some sunscreen! Super nice and totally unexpected.It was easy texting with Ivo when I had questions and they were super helpful and flexible. I would stay with them in this or any other property they manage in a heartbeat.

Hôte : Ivo and Lisa Waerlop
We are a professional couple who settled in Summit County 20 years ago. Our family enjoys skiing, mountain biking, camping, hiking and enjoying all the outdoor activities that the mountains have to offer. Ivo is a chiropractor, acupuncturist and former a ski patroller at Copper. Lisa is a former wedding photographer and baker and now spends time managing our properties and making sure the kids get to their soccer games : )
We self mange our properties and do all the booking, cleaning and maintenance. WE have been on Airbnb for years and recently have expanded to include VRBO
We hope you come to love Summit County as much as we have.

We bought this property a few years ago because of our love for Copper Mountain and this units proximity to the Super Bee Lift, accessing all the great terrain off A lift as well as Resolution Bowl. It has amazing views up the valley which we never get tired of.

We love to cook and like comfortable beds. We try and equip our units with quality appliances, cookware and gadgets and try and have the most common spices, oils and condiments available, as well as tea and coffee because no-one wants to have to go buy all those things for a quick getaway or longer vacation. Sleep is important, so a firmer, supportive mattress is a must for us.
