The apartment has new modern West Elm furniture, hardwood floors, state of the art entertainment system (65" curved OLED flat screen tv on the 2nd level and a 55” HDTV on the 1st floor, high speed internet with Xbox One and Apple TV 4K on 2nd level and another Apple TV on 1st floor). It is located in one of NYC hottest neighborhoods being a 2 min walk to the famous Strawberry Fields in Central Park and one block from the famous Lavaine Bakery and Lincoln Center.

Other things to note
A couple things I wanted to let you know is the bed upstairs as you could see from the pictures is a queen Murphy Bed. It's very simple to set it up. When you're ready to go to bed slide the glass table to the side in front of the windows and remove the back two cushions and bottom cushion and leave the couch base in place. You can then pull the bed down between the arms of the couch. In the morning when you want a living room to hand out in you can easily put it back up.

Turn TV on:
To watch TV take the LG remote and hit the red button on the top left hand corner and point it at the entertainment stand and push the “STB” button next to the red one to turn on cable box. This will turn the cable tv on.

WiFi:
The wifi info is on the app but the network name is one of the two "Asus" and the password is Hendrix1 only the "H" is caps
