Spanish Gated Bungalow, Culver City

This is an adorable 1931 - gated - 1,400 square foot spanish style home in the most convenient location in Los Angeles; Culver City (adjacent) halfway between the beach and downtown. This is not a normal rental with owner finishes and fun vintage style. This is NOT for short term rentals. This is for at least one month, for insurance housing or for medical rehabs.

There is a great backyard to enjoy breakfast with the birds, pick your own grapefruit for juice, or to sit under the pergola with a glass of wine. There is an outdoor heater, and grill for summer fun.

The space:
It is not designed as an short term rental because it is not one. If you have allergies to cats, this is not the place for you. You have access to all of the comforts of home and normal items you would find in a normal home. It is gated with a ring front doorbell for extra piece of mind.

Guest access:
The whole house and yard, but not the garage in the back of the property. There might be times I will need to go in and out of the garage as I use it for storage, which means I might open the gate and go down the driveway to the garage at the back of the lot. You are free to use the yard with outdoor furniture and grill.

Other things to note:
It’s important to know that a cat lives in the house when it’s not being rented. If you have allergies to cats, this is not the place for you. It is cleaned before and after every guest, but cat allergies can be intense.
