Island Memories is a new construction home across the street from the sugar white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. Upon arriving, you will immediately notice the open layout of the kitchen and living area that will make entertaining the whole group a breeze. Whip up anything from a poolside snack to a gourmet meal with ease with the fully stocked kitchen and new appliances. The outdoor bed swing will definitely be one of your favorite places to relax and listen to the waves, after taking a short stroll to the beach or a dip in your private swimming pool.

Great property, layout for family of 10. Pool, games, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas were enjoyed by all. Beach view and short walk across quiet street to beautiful beach. Super kitchen! Bedrooms like high end hotel. Our best VRBO ever!

Everything was perfect and wonderful. Faith was so accommodating and so nice in answering some questions I had. The house was perfect for us with a one-year-old and three-year-old, including the way the pool is situated and built. And you can't beat a heated pool in November! Perfect ocean views too. Seriously we were so satisfied and happy and will more than likely be back next year. Thank you

St. George vacation

This home was perfect for us. Five adults and five kids fit in nicely. The walk to beach was a little long but not bad, we are used to staying on beachfront property.

Awesome home!

We were 5 ladies in the area for a plein air painting event. The house was the best! Kitchen is the best equipped I ever stayed in and we had everything we needed. We only ate breakfasts there because we were out all day long at events but the provisions were perfect. Beds were very comfortable also. Great communication with hostess. Would definitely stay here again!

Second year in a row at this property. Very nice place and great location.very prompt owner response. Fridge has issues cooling, owner had people out looking at it 2 hours later

So happy you chose Island Memories again this year. I do apologize for the refrigeration issues. The appliance repairman was able to check it quick but unfortunately he had to order a part. He said he temporarily made it cool long enough to complete your stay. I look forward to hosting your family again next year!!

Amazing place to stay

Highly recommend this house. Very clean and easy access to the beach. The pool was also great. We had 3 families with a total of 6 kids and never felt cramped. The use of the golf cart was a fun way to get around town. The house had all the amenities from beach towels and chairs to all kitchen appliance needs to cook a meal

The absolute best beach rental home ever

This home was absolutely spectacular! It had all the comforts of home plus more. The home is beautiful and the front porch overlooking the ocean was perfect! The kids loved the bunk room and many little extra touches made this place extra special. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the wonderful island memories!

I really enjoyed hosting Arlene and her family. I also enjoyed getting to know them. That is one of the joys of hosting, getting to meet some amazing people from different areas of our country. Family vacation 2024

We loved the house. The location is perfect. Right across the street from beach access. Close to restaurants and Piggly Wiggly. The pool is the perfect size. Being able to hear the pool was a plus. This was our first trip to SGI, will definitely be returning, loved it!! Faith was a perfect host!

Beautiful House

Island Memories is the perfect house! Each bedroom has their own bathroom. Big open space with kitchen and den together. You can even see the ocean from the den windows. It is a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this house!

Perfect St.George beach house

This property was amazing. We were very impressed by how clean and updated the house and grounds were. It’s nice to plan a trip, walk into the house and the home be even more than what we saw in the pictures. This place is the real deal, what you see is what you get, plus plus plus. 5 stars

Best Family Vacation

First time on SGI and Faith was an amazing host and ensured we had a great time! We came to celebrate the start of summer with our girls (8yrs, just turned 7 and 2.5) and celebrate our middle’s 7th birthday! Faith made this extra special! The house is beyond amazing, incredibly clean, beautiful and comfortable…it is the most well stocked beach house we have ever stayed in! I look forward to coming back solely for the fact of how easy she makes it - I haven’t even mention the location - perfect! So so easy to get to the beach, especially with all the beach gear she provides. I’ll continue to recommend over and over, but only regret that it books up too quick! Ha! Thank you, Faith!!

Annual family vacation

This was our first time staying at SGI and we absolutely loved it! The icing on the cake was our accommodations at Island Memories…from the moment we drove up and saw the beautiful home and pool, to the day we left and locked up the golf cart, our family continually spoke of how much we loved the island, home location and home. Faith is the perfect host and has thought of everything you might need. No need to bring a beach wagon, chairs or bicycles, those are included as well as an abundance of beach towels! The pool was sparkling clean and she even had it serviced the day after we arrived because a storm had come through the day before. We really enjoyed how close the home is to the beach and how easy the access to the beach was. The beds were comfy and the Grands particularly liked the bunk room. The covered front balcony was where we spent the majority of our evenings after getting kids in bed. Plenty of seating for dining and relaxing on the porch swing. We will definitely be back and will stay at any home Faith hosts, she’s amazing!

We love hosting guest and providing them with all of the amenities that we have enjoyed throughout our life, when renting properties for our family vacations. We love all of the amazing comments from our guests on how happy they are while on the island and staying at our property. It definitely makes all of the work and effort worthwhile.

I love the island. It is not a typical touristy vacation spot. It's so relaxing and peaceful. You just get a calm feeling when you cross the bridge and arrive on the island. You truly go on island time!
