The most amazing stay. This place is very conveniently located. The hosts are the best hosts we’ve ever had at a stay. This place is extremely clean, comfortable, and very nice. Great location!

We loved this rental. Had breakfast every morning on the cute back patio. Kitchen had everything we needed. It had fluffy towels and comfy bed and a lot of extras you don't normally see. Moniquea was great to work with. If we're ever in Denver again, we would definitely stay again.

Monique is absolutely the best host. The sheets are the softest, the towels are a dream and the house has delicious snacks! The place is very comfortable and quiet. I’m always sad when my stay is over as it’s such a great place.

Beautiful house in a central location. The house was wonderfully stocked, Moniquea covered all the little extras. Super comfortable and lovely outdoor spaces. Nice short walk to local walking trails. Would definitely stay again!

Great spot!

This is such a great place to stay. Very clean and loved all the extras in the house. We came in town for a concert at Red Rocks and this was a great central location to downtown and Golden as well. Thank you for providing such a great place to unwind!

Best Place to Stay in Denver

To know about the property, just read all the other reviews. All true and best describes the place. The property is an absolute 10. Very clean, spacious, quality linens, toiletry and kitchen and dinnerware. Beautiful surroundings and close to Red Rocks. Feels like your home when it comes to everything. Even has chicolates, coffee, tea, yard and a nice sweet dog who visits occasionally.

Amazing property and care by the owner

We stayed during Thanksgiving and it was a perfect set up. It was exceptionally clean and the owners provided so many thoughtful items including wine, snacks, bathroom products and books/games. We were also treated to a pumpkin pie with whipped cream! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay!!!

Moniquea and Juan are incredible hosts! So much thought has been put into making the casita the perfect home away from home. The interior is beautifully decorated, stocked with anything we might might have needed, and the outdoor spaces are just as charming and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, has a brewery and park within walking distance, and was the ideal place for a 3-night say while visiting Red Rocks and Colorado!

Beautiful rental

This guest house was beautiful, nicely decorated, with all the amenities—kitchen was well stocked with utensils and with coffee, tea, snacks, chocolates. We were there for three days and visited the Denver art museum, saw a concert at Red Ricks, and took a hike in Golden Gate Canyon State park——all within 20 to 30 minutes drive. Hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely Delightful!

This guest house is absolutely adorable. The hosts have done a great job of giving the property quite a bit of privacy. The beds are super comfy and the whole place is spotless. It is newly renovated with great amenities. It has easy access to I-70, so you can get anywhere in the Denver/Golden area very quickly. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying here again.

Enjoyable stay

We stayed here for a week in August 2024 and really enjoyed our stay. The guest house is beautifully remodeled, new top notch appliances, plenty of kitchen pots, pans and utensils and nice linens. The owner spared no expense in providing everything imaginable, soft drinks, ice cream, bottled water, nice toiletries, and much more. The owner immediately responded if we had a question.

Great place

We had such a great stay. We couldn't believe how quiet this place was. Host was super easy to work with and so very accommodating. She even offered to bring out umbrellas to us during a storm to our car so that we could get in without getting wet. We all just took our shoes off and ran in the rain. Great memories made!!

Moniquea and Juan are excellent hosts. The property was clean and had nicely appointed furnishings. It was a quiet place to get a good night’s sleep. Moniquea provided lots of little extras in the way of snacks, toiletries and beverages. The contact we had with both the owners was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property.

We would Definitely Stay here Again and Again

Lovely, comfy, safe, private guest house in a quiet neighborhood. We came to CO to visit Red Rocks and the location was perfection. Everything you might need to make your stay feel like home is provided. Moniquea supplied all the right touches which made the stay experience exceptional. House is outfitted with two comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, couch and smart TV, large jacuzzi tub and shower in bathroom, outdoor dining table and hammock. We felt safe and well taken care of. Come stay here and be pampered!
