****Welcome to our 3bd/2ba semi-detached home in a centrally-located area! ***Great outdoor dining area & firepit where you can kick back and relax. A quick 10 min to Old Town Arvada, Berkeley, The Highlands, Sloan’s Lake, Downton Denver & Red Rocks. Quick access to Mountain Hiking & Ski Resorts.

***Home was built in 1961. It’s an older charming semi-detached home in great condition with original, refinished hardwood floors. Home does not feature a dishwasher. If something is broken or soiled, please let us know, don’t wait for cleaning crew to discover. Thank you!

****We are super excited to share our space with you and we have recently updated the landscaping with new grass and currently working on improving the landscape in the front and backyard. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Should we need to work on it during your stay we will notify you ahead of time and work around your schedule before starting work on the yard. Just as advertised. Clean, comfy and cozy. Loved the large backyard for our dog to play. Close to everything we did. Very responsive host.

Sister getaway

The property was comfortable and in an excellent location. It was an easy drive to Red Rocks which was the reason our visit to hear K-Loves concert with Lauren Daigle, Tauren Wells, Ben Fuller, Josh Fuller and Caleb & John. It was close to grocery stores and restaurants. It was also an easy drive from the Denver Airport as well as easy access to the freeway to go to Colorado Springs and Estes Park for sightseeing. The property manager was great with communicating with us. I would highly recommend staying at the property.

It was as described. Great parking. Plenty of space for 7 of us. The backyard was great to sit and visit. The checkout process was seamless. I’ve rented some properties that asked you to basically clean the entire place and wash everything. But this checkout was quick and to the point.

Lovely Home

In town for the week for my Daughter’s Wedding. Great space for 6 of us. Close to everything we needed for our stay. Little touches were great . Would definitely stay again.

Stay in Wheat Ridge

My husband and I stayed in Wheat Ridge for 10 days. The rental is very comfortable well appointed for light cooking. The hosts provide you with a lot of extras, coffee, toiletries, laundry detergent, etc. and were readily available to answer any questions we had.The bed was extremely comfortable, along with the bedding. The house is located in a quiet, older neighborhood that is centrally located close to everything the Denver area has to offer, which is a lot! We travel to Denver at least once a year as our two children live in Lakewood. The best recommendation that I can give is that I hope we can stay here again in the future.

Overall the house was very nice and the location was ideal for traveling around Denver. However, the floors are really loud and if someone is staying next door, you can hear them. Wish it was a little more private, but overall the house was very nice and the neighborhood was quiet.

Overall, a very nice stay. They are updating the outside and making it nicer. Inside it is clean. Location was good for our stay. We went to Redrock for a concert. Location is close to the interstate so easy access to interstate. Seems to be half way between Denver and Redrock.

We had a fantastic stay. The location was very convenient for our trip: quiet, but still easy to get anywhere we needed to without too much fuss. We really appreciated the thoughtfully supplied kitchen supplies! We had prompt communication with the owner whenever we had any questions or concerns.

Clean cozy home in great location

We enjoyed our stay here and the location was perfect for us. The beds were amazingly comfortable! It felt very clean, and the hosts were responsive. Just a heads up: While the neighborhood is quiet, I would not say the house is quiet. This is some sort of duplex where the walls adjoin another home and we heard other people moving around at night and I heard a dog at one point although the dog was not too loud. Also, as noted in the listing, this is an older home, so the floors were very creaky.

The owner of the property responded to all my questions in a timely manner. The rental was clean and close to all our mountain adventures. I would definitely stay again if I was in Denver.

Lovely Home

We loved our stay here! It was in an awesome location, close to downtown and redrocks. The home was very clean, and the decorations were so cute!! You can tell that the host really pays attention to detail. The bed and pillows were so comfy too, I slept so good!
