This nautical home is in the quintessential area of
Wells Beach. Explore the neighborhood to find step to beautiful Wells Beach, shops, ice cream parlors, Arcade, mini golf and Batson River Brewery! A mile down the road from Hannafords Plaza where just about anything you need could be found! Bike ride down to Moody beach or kayak right out of Wells Harbor. Take the trolley (steps from the house) to scoop deck or take a stroll down to the Congdon's after dark food truck area and craft beer garden. Kennebunk to the north and Ogunquit to the south. Location, location, location!!!

We had an amazing stay! The property was beautifully updated—modern, clean, and very comfortable. The host was fantastic: responsive, friendly, and made sure we felt welcome from start to finish. Great location only a two minute walk to the beach & arcade/shops! A perfect spot for a Maine getaway—we are looking forward to next year!

We had a great time at Chula Vista. The house was adorable and within walking distance to the beach. The wrap around porch with the Adirondack chairs & string lights on at night time made it for a perfect spot to relax after a long day. The owner Mercedes was very personable and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this property and will hopefully be returning next year.

Perfect for kid families!

This home was perfect for our kids and the 3 adults with pleanty of space inside and out. Wonderful home feeling with a beautiful wrap around deck to lounge on. Excellent location on quiet dead end street and short stroll to the beach and shops. Mercedes was helpful with any questions and needs. Will be planning on staying here again in 2025.

Amazing Location!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is adorable, the location is fantastic, and the owner was kind, thoughtful and welcoming. It really was an amazing experience and we're already looking forward to coming back next year!

Great rental for a small family (3 kids)

We had an amazing stay at the property. The size and amount of bedrooms was perfect for our two children and there was even an extra! The only ding on the property would be the level of cleanliness and lack of linens. The rugs could use a wash and felt sticky and we flew in from CA so not having shower towels was a hastle. The property management was excellent with communication, and overall, we would rent again!

Wonderful home

The owner was so attentive on so many levels her open communication from parking to different details in the home was spot on. The area is wonderful sunrise watching sunrise watching. Beach is within walking distance from home. Great location! I was impressed to find out this was the first year owner rented home she was a pro.. neat as a pin.. Home is fully equipped with everything you need to leave your home and make this your home for a week or two.. we will be back

Ideal beach house LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!! Avoid the dreaded Rt. 1 by staying beach side and driving along the coast seeing some of the most beautiful landscapes of the seacoast. Visit Cliff House Maine on Shore Rd. Taking you right into York, into Kittery enjoying shopping at the Kittery Outlets.

Right in our immediate neighborhood, for your convenience, you will find Hannaford's grocery store, Reny's Outlet store, car wash, Liquor Store, Billy's Chowder house, Movie theatre, playground and the new Batson River Brewery ! Steps from the house is a Trolley Stop that takes you through town, avoid parking and take the trolley for a small fare.
