Traveling with friends was easy with our stay in the Cul de Sac! We’ve stayed in a number of rentals and this was such an easy host to work with! The master bedroom with en suite bath came with both a whirlpool bath and a walk in shower, and the second bathroom was nice as well. The fenced in yard was really nice, with a privacy fence and mature trees. The neighborhood was great—quiet and obviously a safe and family oriented suburb. Less than 30 minutes from downtown Little Rock,there are plenty of places to get supplies or eat out. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay again next year!

Perfect home. Traveling through this home was our half way stop. No issues at all. DoorDash delivered our dinner. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Loved this house!

We came for the eclipse and the house was perfect! The home was exactly as described and what we were looking for. The beds were not as comfy (soft) as we’d like but it wasn’t enough of an inconvenience to give 4 stars. The owner was very responsive to questions and friendly. We drove all over Little Rock during our trip and we were about 30 minutes from Jacksonville and North Little Rock. Thank you for a great stay!

this property is dirty. we nicknamed it the creepy house during our stay. we didn't want to touch anything. only one bathroom shower worked. the toilets were almost impossible to flush. found an earwig in the kitchen. king size bed very uncomfortable and falling apart. i would not have cooked there if i had too. the only reason we didn't leave is because my two young grandaughters were alot for me to pack and repack, find a new hotel, etc. we spent all days away from the unit at a family reunion. t

Hello, the comment right before this was how clean it was. I had an encounter with this guest that let us know right away that there, was unfortunately, some people that can not be happy. I am always available for issues that arise during anyone's stay. We fix things very swiftly, when communicated.

Nice place to stay if visiting Little Rock!

Great neighborhood on a cul de sac with very little traffic. House is close to Costco, grocery stores and restaurants. Layout of house is nice with master bedroom and master bath with whirlpool tub. The other 2 bedrooms and full bath are on other side of house. Fixtures and such are from an older era, but work great with the house. Fenced in back yard was great for med to large dogs. The backyard is nice size but covered with trees so on my 1/3rd grass. We would stay again when visiting family.

Nice Area

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars but i just couldn't. The instructions for the alarm system were quite confusing and we ended up settinb the alarm off and the locks on the front and back doors were opposite of normal doors and we got locked out multiple times and had to go through the garage. The yard had not been mowed and the grass was very high. The bathrooms did mot appear to have been cleaned with soap scum stains and bugs on the showers. The toilet paper rolls were nearly empty and there were no trash bags in the bathroom cans. There were also mildew smelling rugs in the dryer. The grill is listed as an amenity but even if it had had propane it was not useable. I would reccomend bringing your own grill if you plan on grilling, and your own skillets for cooking. The house is big and had plenty of space for us and the neighborhood was nice. The lister was also very responsive to messages.

My family enjoyed this house it was very cozy wish we could have stayed a little longer. The host was very nice and very helpful when I needed help. When we come this way again we most deftly will stay here again.
