Come home to this cozy getaway in the heart of McCall while exploring everything the surrounding great outdoors has to offer. This two bedroom updated condo offers a modern kitchen and comfortable living area with a quiet private patio. Main level, one story unit has access to resort amenities of indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, playground, and gym. Prime location within walking distance of downtown McCall, Davis Beach, Ponderosa State Park, and Golfing.

The space
Very comfortable for a group of up to 6 offering all the comforts of home with a resort feel ideal for any vacation. The modern and open feel has plenty of space to hang out both indoor and out. Amenities include a full kitchen outfitted with new appliances and everything you will need, quiet private patio with views of the surrounding trees, garage, 2 Flat screen TVs with fire sticks and YouTube TV, free Wifi, wood burning stove, and a private washer and dryer. Explore the outdoors or kick back and relax!

Really appreciated being able to park in the garage since it’s so cold in the winter. Condo was wonderful and very clean. Easy access in and out! Will definitely rent again if available next summer when we come!

Stayed with our family of 5. Check-in was very easy, the condo was exceptionally clean, and very well stocked. Comfortable beds! Quiet complex - loved eating breakfast on the back porch against the trees. Enjoyed the tennis courts and indoor pool and hot tub too.

Everything are accurate as described in the listing on the Vrbo. The stay are good but the location is not great for our families. I have a 3 young kids, it takes us 40 minutes to walk to the lake. Most restaurants and shops are close to the lake which is not convenient for us.

This home is located in the perfect location and has so much to offer! Garage parking/ bikes/ a great layout- and everything was so organized! The BBQ grill was so nice & we lived at the pool! They also had a booklet that was so helpful and we read it numerous times to know the house better/ the area & restaurants & loved learning about their family! We will be booking with you again, as this was such a wonderful vacation for us!

With our Aspen Village Condo, you have free access to resort amenities of both indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, playground, and gym access with a sauna at The Club McCall at Aspen Village. Year-round family fun is available just a few minutes in any direction. We enjoy an amazing location within walking distance of downtown McCall, Davis Beach on Payette Lake, McCall Golf Course, and Ponderosa State Park. In the summertime, choose between taking a beautiful hike in Ponderosa State Park (three-quarters of a mile north), lounging or enjoying your favorite water activity on the lake (one-half mile west), or teeing off at the 27 hole McCall Golf Club (a block from our front door). Nordic ski and snowshoeing options are available at Ponderosa State Park (three-quarters of a mile north) or Jug Mountain Ranch (8 miles south) and downhill skiing and snowboarding at Brundage Mountain Resort (10 miles north) or Tamarack Resort (21 miles south). Any time of the year is a great time to spend the day exploring downtown McCall's restaurants, breweries, and shops (three-quarters of a mile south).
