Exceptional Folsom home

An amazingly clean and well-kept home in Folsom. Extremely quiet neighborhood close to Highway access shopping and food. The owner Kathy was great with communication and had absolutely no issues with check in. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay!

We were in town for USTA Sectionals at Broadstone Racquet Club. The location couldn’t have been better and the house itself is quiet and very comfortable. It was clean and well stocked, perfect for our stay.

Fantastic Stay!!

Kathy is amazing, the communication is fantastic and the property is great. Always clean, and in a very nice quiet neighborhood in Folsom. We will stay here every time we need a place in Folsom.

Just perfect!

We came for a family reunion and stayed here for 3 nights. Communication was great, check in easy and the home was immaculate! Super comfortable beds and wonderful linens. Great location and very quiet!

FABULOUS MONTH LONG STAY

we stayed here for a month while we were waiting for our new home near by. Kathy was a GREAT Hostess and the house was perfect . Every we needed to feel right at home.

Perfect Family Visit

Had a great time in Folsom visiting our son and his family. The house was perfect for hanging out with the family and we were able to accommodate another son who came in from LA for a few days. Loved spending early mornings on the very private patio with my coffee before the heat kicked in! Would definitely stay again.

Great Vibes in Folsom

Kathy was a great Host, great communication and very nice to work with.. House was very Clean and well equipped. We are actually going to go back and stay for 16 more days !!

An excellent place to stay

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the property, the amenities, and how well stocked the kitchen was. The latter was particularly important to us as we had to prepare some dishes for a family reunion that was held elsewhere. Kathy was very responsive to our questions. We appreciated her assistance, friendly answers and clear explanations. This property was perfect for us and we would not hesitate to book it again if we're in the area!

Checks all the boxes. Attention to details exceeded expectations. Cooking accessories well stocked, including spices. Drawer dedicated to pens, post-its, batteries, scotch tape, nice touch. Only suggestion is: maybe have a card table/chairs for games

Women's Conference Stay

What a wonderful place to be between conference sessions. 5 adult women had plenty of space in the mornings for drinking coffee (most important) and getting set for the day. I fell in love with your sectional--I want one for home! Parking was a bit tricky if we got back late, but never too difficult to manage. Thanks a bunch!
