Host had good communication. Everything was clean. Location is convenient by a grocery store. Neighborhood feels safe and no obvious concerns about walking around the immediate area.

Great stay

We stayed at this property for 5 nights while in town and absolutely loved it! Very warm and welcoming in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable and even has a cute cat who comes to visit. Will definitely be back!

Great stay

Nice home, close to stores and freeway, good communication. Beds were very comfortable! Pillows were not comfortable for us as they were quite tall. Not a complaint, just something to know if you are used to a lower pillow height. I definitely recommend staying here.

We needed a place to stay for a couple days with young and older family. Location was great with convenience to both highway 50 and 80, food and grocery was super convenient. The house was super clean, quiet, and fit our needs perfectly for the time we were there. There is a nice quiet covered porch at the side of the house to relax and have our morning coffee. Would come back if the needs arise. It would have been a 5 star all the way around due to a listing issue although this was rectified immediately by the owner.

We had such a pleasant stay at this place. The house was clean, cozy and had so many amenities, which added to the comfort level and convenience. It's evident that the owner put a lot of thought into this house to provide guests with a great experience and stay. From the owner's proactive and clear communication to the attention to detail and the convenient location, this is a Vrbo done well. It all made for a wonderful 5-star stay, and if we're ever back in this area, we would certainly return and stay here again. Thank you for a great experience in Sacramento!

This house has comfortable furniture in good condition. The kitchen is very well equipped. There were clear instructions for everything. Coffee and tea were provided.

We enjoyed our visit to Sacramento, the house and neighborhood were very nice. Friendly neighbors on both sides, very convenient groceries within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable home. We would gladly use this listing again.

Great stay in a peaceful neighborhood

You will not be disappointed if you book your stay in this lovely home in the suburbs. We had everything we needed, no complaints and great communication with the host. The home is comfortable and perfectly clean with a secure backyard for your pets. The use of the garage for overnight vehicle storage offers peace of mind and a solid nights sleep. The walk-in shower is helpful for someone with mobility issues too.

Quiet, conveniently located home in Sacramento area

This is probably one of the nicest homes we've rented in the Sacramento area over the past 4 years. My husband and I especially appreciated having a dedicated office space for remote work and a garage for easy loading/unloading. Being in close proximity to KP Supermarket (a Costco-size international market) was a huge plus, as was being next-door to Walmart and Safeway. The only downside of this home was the lack of a dishwasher. (Apparently, there had been a dishwasher at one time, but it was giving the host trouble, so he removed it and forgot to update the listing.) That one inconvenience aside, we enjoyed our two-week stay and would consider staying here again when in town to visit my family.
