Easy to find parking right in front, right in the beautiful downtown with cute shops. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Easy to get into over all a wonderful place to stay!!

My husband and I loved our stay! Location was perfect. The apartment had everything we needed. Strong Wi-Fi, cold a/c lots of windows and comfortable beds! Definitely would recommend it!

Perfect stay!

Park View was an ideal location for our 4th of July visit to Williamsburg. It’s a short walk to the square and a quick drive to the areas outside of town such as the outlets and Landmark restaurant. The property was very clean and had bedding to outfit our family of 7 (we had a last minute addition who was easily accommodated). We hope to return to this property on a future trip to the Iowa City area.

We were disappointed when we opened the front door & saw we had to go up 13 steps to get to the living area.The steps were not mentioned in the write up.I think a picture of the stair case should also be shown.Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Loved that apartment had everything we needed as a family. Very livable apartment! We did not read carefully enough to realize that it was on second floor without an evaluator. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Quick Get Away for two couples

This is an upstairs apartment that is clean and comfortable. Beds/pillows were absolutely a dream cloud! The provided directions for the TV in living room didn’t work but we found a work around. Bathroom water pressure was fantastic. This is super close to downtown so if we would have dinner reservations there it would have been super convenient. Communication with owner was absolutely great, gave eating suggestions and was quick at responding.

Clean and comfortable

Didn't see the door at the west end of the wide front porch. The map link in the VRBO listing took us several blocks away. A quick call to the landlord got us there. Nice place, spotless, comfortable, nothing fancy. The instructions for the TV didn't match what we experienced, although we did find stuff to watch. No big deal, we weren't there to watch TV anyway. If the event we attended is held next year, may well stay again.
