“Timber Top” is an adult only cabin perfect for a private honeymoon, anniversary or just a memorable getaway with that someone special. This log cabin is surrounded by hard wood timber at the end of the road with a nice big circle drive perfect if you are looking for privacy. It has an open style layout including cathedral ceilings, a stone gas fireplace, wood and tiled floors, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The back porch has a beautiful stone gas fireplace, seating, and patio table and chairs. Walk off the back porch onto a deck leading to a gazebo with a heart shaped hot tub for 2. The king bed offers a high-quality mattress and linens. The living room and kitchen has a wall of windows looking out at nothing but nature.

Teresa was amazing! She was on-point with communication - providing us with everything my wife and I needed to make our 2nd Honeymoon stay at Timber Top an extremely memorable one!Away from the hustle and bustle of the city - even Broken Bow Area - this cabin is off the beaten path and is phenomenal if you're looking for a secluded space on the outside that's spacious on the inside. The amenities were all there. The huge windows to the nature around the cabin were so wonderful. Soaking in the heart-shaped hot tub was a popular daily stop for us. The waterfall shower was legit, the king-size bed was SO comfortable, and the gas fireplaces were perfect for cool mornings an evenings. We didn't even get to the firepit because we were having so much fun with everything else!We were not anticipating leaving the cabin for anything. But, we did walk to the lake and put our hammocks between a couple of trees. And, we needed some last-minute items that we found at the nearby Baldwin Family Store store, and champagne (for New Year's) at Hook's in Rattan.I can't emphasize enough how fantastic this setup was. TV if we needed it, and cornhole, too. Trees all around the property. Simply the best and most-romantic getaway my wife and I have ever had in 8 years of marriage. And, it was an easy 3-hour drive through small towns from Flower Mound, Texas. We even mentioned coming back as a retreat to work on writing and other projects.We would HIGHLY recommend Timber Top Cabin!
So cool to have a Christmas Tree up to enhance our stay.
Hot tub was incredible, and situated away from the house for a better vibe.
Can't wait to go back - maybe in the Spring or Summer when the trees are full of leaves!

We had such an amazing time here! It was very clean and had all of the cooking things we needed. It was a pretty big space and felt super private. The hot tub area makes you feel like you’re up in the trees. The fire places are so nice and easy to turn on/off. It was fun to go exploring on the private walking trail. The pictures are accurate, but it is even better once you get there.

Absolutely beautiful! The owner’s photos capture this property very well (except maybe that the distance to the hot tub is shorter than it appears in the pictures). The heat and AC work very well. There are excellent instructions for anything you need to do. We had zero problems- everything worked, everything was clean and as promised. We were able to really relax in this secluded retreat- we even brought in our Thanksgiving dinner and prepped it in the fully-equipped kitchen. We’re already plotting our return! Great host great property great stay! Thanks!

Really cozy gem of a cabin with a very secluded feel. Has its own trails where you can hike to the lake. We enjoyed our stay here. A truly charming and romantic getaway. We would definitely book this cabin again.

The property was extremely clean and had plenty of room for my wife and I. We did not have any problems at all during the stay but when we did reach out because the fireplace wasn’t working, they had somebody there within ten minutes to get it fixed. The outdoor patio and the hot tub were definitely the best on the cool nights, just hearing absolutely silence. We highly recommend this cabin or anything with this host. Top notch cabin with no negatives at all.

My husband and I stayed for 3 days and nights to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The cabin was perfect! it was secluded and quiet and was everything we needed. It was bright and beautiful. We ate breakfast and dinners on the back porch and enjoyed the hot tub several evenings. We are definitely planning another stay, maybe in the fall or winter.

This is our second cabin we stayed in and it was absolutely amazing I loved the windows and the lay out of the cabin definitely booking again with a different one they have. I would say the front door kind of scared me at first but it was perfect
