Even though the four-bedroom Villa was newly built in 2023 and features state of the art perks, like spectacular kitchen and living room, built-in hotel style air-conditioning, luxury furniture or infinity pool, its architecture is still beautifully traditional.

This spacious 280sqm traditional/contemporary villa, located on 3500sqm land area, will allow you to enjoy a truly luxurious, private and memorable vacation in the most beautiful region of Istria.

LaMaison features a living area with 3 bedrooms, separate master bedroom with it's own living room, pool area with the summer kitchen, outdoor lounge and 13x5m spacious infinity pool.

Each of the three specious bedrooms feature it's own bathroom with a shower and private garden exit, while master bedroom has an additional living room and a bathroom with both shower and bathtub.
A spacious living room has a large designer sofa area in front of the amazing fire place while the large kitchen offers multiple seating areas.

However, the real gem is an outside area where you can find both outdoor covered fireplace/kitchen and seating area where all of the guest can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner.
In the open "tower" area you can find a lounge which will enable you to enjoy outside experience. Even tough villa is completely sun-kissed, due to the wall height, in the tower you will be able to relax in the shade most of the time .

Heated infinity pool , which is 13x5m large, is long enough even to have a good swimming training throughout most of the year. Next to the pool you will find designer sun-beds and parasols overlooking the pool and hills around the LaMaison.

We are happy to provide all of our guests with welcome basket featuring vegetables / fruits from carefully selected Istrian farmers, along with selection of best Istrian wine.
Also, all of our guests are welcome to use free of charge bicycles to enjoy and explore multiple country side trails.
