Wonderfully remodeled space. Had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood isn't the best , but that didn't take away from this house and its ability to be exactly what we needed. We would stay here again.

Incredibly comfortable

We had a quick weekend stay with the family and this was a nice location to where we needed to be. The house was so comfortable and homey we enjoyed just being able to chill outside and watch the neighborhood cats, so cute. Check in was super quick as was check out. Only thing that would have been nice is if there had been cushions on the porch swing but even then we made it work. Would definitely recommend staying.

Well appointed and close to downtown

This is a great place to stay for a weekend with friends (this was my second stay here). The house is comfortable and well appointed. The neighborhood is quiet, and an easy walk to downtown.

Wonderful stay!

We were very pleasantly surprised by how cute and well done this house was. We appreciated the abundance of towels stocked in the bathrooms. The space was perfect and overall the house had everything we needed in addition to being very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Jackalope Jamboree

I chose this house because it was a mile away from the Jackalope Jamboree... It might not be too pretty on the outside. However the inside is quite lovely 😍 An updated old home with ceiling fans in every bedroom. Air conditioning a big screen TV, a kitchen with everything you need a backyard with a fire pit and a cute little garden... A bathroom upstairs and downstairs Very easy to find.. its own driveway for parking ... Very affordable... The owner was easy to get a hold of and very very nice... He let us stay several hours past our checkout time so we could sleep in... We are so very thankful 😍 We would definitely stay here again... Thank You Dustin ☺️💕💖

Nice house.

We were somewhat amazed at how nice the inside of the house was. We were also able to walk to the rodeo grounds, woolen mill, and the historic downtown and riverwalk are within five minutes + of the house. The neighborhood does look a little sketch, but we had no problems and some of the neighbors said Hi. The lawn was overgrown but the landscape crew showed up and mowed front and back and trimmed all while we were there. I am 67 and read about the stairs but I had no problem with them. We liked the house very much and the walking distance was great. Thanks for providing us with a wonderful spot to meet our daughters and future son in law.

Great place

We have never rented a house in Pendleton before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Very pleasently surprised: the house was tastefully decorated, the appliances and bathrooms were sparkling clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was a bit dilapidated, but we never felt in danger. I chose to walk around every day and never had an issue. I would consider renting this property again.

Clean

The home was incredibly clean and walking distance to the downtown area. I am giving it 4 stars because the home was not well stocked. For example, you will need to bring your own salt/pepper shakers. There are also very steep steps going up to the 3 bedrooms and no bedroom on the ground floor. Because of this, I would say that the home is really not suited for the elderly.
