Canpie Rancher was absolutely perfect for our family. The Driveway can be a little intimidating at first when turning around, but once you figure it out, it is simple. Anytime I had a question I contacted the host and received communication back promptly. Located in a great location as to get to locations around the area easily. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was just as listed and perfect for our trip to the Smoky’s. It was clean and well taken care of. We would definitely come back an our pets enjoyed it as well. The only issue we had was getting the door to lock and unlock each time we left and entered. This was quite frustrating knowing are dogs were being left alone occasionally during our trip. It was also very concerning when we arrived late at night on the first day to check in and we couldn’t get it to open. Other than that it was great and with a new door system would be fantastic!

We can't say enough good things about CanPie Rancher! Excellent place to stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. A quick easy drive to the parkway and all that the area had to offer. So many added touches that made our stay so enjoyable. Very pet friendly also. We have it on our list for a return visit and will encourage others to stay when visiting the Pigeon Forge area!

The house was homey, conveniently located not too far from everything. It is a little hard to back up with another vehicle in the driveway. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet and it had pretty much everything you needed.

When I am not working or traveling, I am busy taking care of my plants or painting. My husband Jay and I love hosting family and friends. This is our first time hosting strangers and are very excited to share our home 'CanPie Rancher' with the world. Appa is our dog child, he is lab/retriever mix and a handful. We fell in love with smokies on our first family trip. We visit every year and looking forward to sharing our space.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This is a special place for my husband and I since every piece was hand-picked by us. It welcomes you with plenty of good vibes and a whole lot of love. Wake up to the beautiful bird songs and tranquility the outdoor space offers. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee by the gazebo and watch the birds by the feeder by the back patio. And in the evenings, bring your best grill game and outdoor campfire stories to end the night.

For those of you working remotely, our dinner table and breakfast areas make great substitutes for work spaces, with plenty of plug points and high-speed internet. My personal favorite is the backyard, this way I can let the birds join my zoom call.

Pet Policy: Pets below 50 lbs. stay free!! If there is more than one pet or a large breed >50lbs, a one time fee of $40 is applicable.

1. Please bring all your pet essentials including blankets or cushions for the pets to rest or sleep.
2. Please keep pets away from the Couch or Beds.
3. Please do not leave pet poop around the property. kindly clean up after.
