Home is undergoing renovations and will be ready by March. Home is conveniently located near interstates, shopping, medical facilities, restaurants, & universities.

The setting is in an urban environment that's in the process of revitalization as it's close to the Historic Washington Park district, UNCSA, & not far away from Downtown.

Enjoy a pet friendly place for Mid term stays whether you're moving to the city or a traveling nurse! Monthly cleaning available for longer stays.

The Space:
The home has been updated & is maintained regularly. Enjoy the living room space with a cup of coffee in the mornings followed by the bedrooms which have Queen Sized beds for comfortable nights rest. Extra linens are provided for stays longer than a week

Each room also has an Amazon Fire TV. Access to Netflix, Pluto TV, YouTube Premium, & other free apps are available for entertainment.

Feel free to use Netflix & other streaming services, as they’re downloaded & ready for login, but please make sure to log out before your trip ends. Not responsible for use on accounts left logged in.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the home except a closet in one of the bedrooms which will be locked. The basement will also be unavailable and locked as it is a separate living unit.

Enjoy the ability for a speedy self check-in & check-out!
The Smart Lock will provide a hassle-free way to get in & out at your leisure.

Gain access through the main entrance with a personalized guest code (provided after booking). Please note - the guest code activate & expire at check in and check out. Parking is limited at the home and can accommodate 2 vehicles.

Other details to note:
Booking the home will require additional information be provided and rental agreement form be filled & signed.

Greensboro, High Point, Kernersville, Clemmons, & many other cities are all within a 30 minute drive from Winston. A Great spot if you're traveling in between locations.

There are monitored/recording security cameras in the front & rear of the home (please do not disturb the equipment). There will be a $250 charge for any smoking that goes on INSIDE of the property. Feel free to smoke outside and dispose of trash accordingly
