For me it was a nice unit with great proximity to market square, and the convention center. It was clean, and the host was responsive. Definitely a place to stay if you’re solo or a couple.

I was in town for a conference. I am so glad I chose this rental instead of the assigned hotel. It cost less money, gave me more space and privacy, and gave me better access to the city's offerings. The unit was clean, well stocked with the essentials like soap, shampoo, extra blankets, coffee, you name it! My only complaint (and it is reaching) is it smelled a little too good...I am sensitive to scents (and that is more of a me problem). I would 100% stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The convenience, walking distance, attractions, and close parking were a bonus. The unit had a record player, which we absolutely loved! We’ve only been home a week and I’ve purchased a record player and old vinyl records. During our stay, we enjoyed a parade/tribute to Dolly Parton in the market square - right out the front door, but we missed the farmers market Saturday morning (because we didn’t know)….. the streets were lined with vendors selling fresh vegetable, crafts, baked goods, etc. I wish I solved gotten up earlier and ventured out before we started our day. Overall we loved the experience and location.Highly recommended!!!

It was a fun week at Knoxville and we love that it had a lot going on. Knoxville has that big little town feel. That is the both the good and bad about our location that guests either enjoy or don’t. We had a wonderful stay here while attending a graduation hooding ceremony that was only about a 10-minute walk away. The location couldn't have been better. Being right on Market Square meant we had so many fantastic restaurants within steps of the apartment, and we loved being able to explore downtown without ever needing to drive.The apartment was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and full of character. We especially loved the mid-century modern decor and how cozy and welcoming the space felt after a busy day. Bernadette was an excellent host who was always responsive and made the entire process easy. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we're in Knoxville.

I am retired and traveling permanently. This is my second one month stay here (the last stay was in the Zen Room). This is a great facility, in the perfect spot. It is very well appointed with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. This particular apartment is decorated in a mid-century modern style, complete with record player and a small collection of records from that era. The whole thing is very well done. On this particular occasion, there was an issue with the AC when I arrived. For me, it is not that there was an issue because things happen in life, it is how they are handled that matter. I was informed of the issue before I arrived. I was given an upgraded apartment while the issue was being corrected. The communication was excellent throughout. Management did an excellent job in handling the situation, and it only solidifies my desire to stay here again if I should come back to this area. I not only recommend staying in this wonderful building, I also recommend the Management as someone you would want to do business with. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay. Clean and close to downtown. Check in process was very easy and host was very accommodating making sure everything meet expectations. Would very highly recommend.
