Mid-century modern style townhome w/ covered parking, pool & river access but no boat dockage. 3 BRs w/ 4 beds, 1.5 Bath, 2 story. Enjoy the river view from the Master Balcony. Super convenient location to campus, historic downtown and restaurants - all within 5+ minutes driving. Extremely limited parking for small boats. Pets welcome; 60lb limit.

The Space:
Quiet community of townhomes on the Cane River in highly desired East Natchitoches. 3 bedrooms upstairs. 1 queen, 1 full, 1 twin daybed with trundle. Sleeps up to 7 w/ sofa. Full bathroom upstairs. Half bath & full-size washer & dryer downstairs with breakfast nook along with formal dining area, galley kitchen & living room. Covered patio with firepit in private courtyard area. 2 covered parking spots. Community includes pool access & river access (rare find).

I am so grateful to have stayed here in this super awesome home! The host was always responsive and inviting! We were in town to celebrate my sisters life! Natchitoches during the Christmas holidays is absolutely beautiful, and it was one her most favorite places to visit! Everything was super comfy, clean, and the atmosphere was so inviting! Fantastic stay

The house is as clean and lovely as pictured. The decor is really stylish and the kitchen is completely stocked for cooking. The location is so easy to get to downtown and the other things to do. So glad for the yard for the dogs - highly recommend!
