— The space —
Beautiful Wood Interior & Open Living Space
The moment you step inside, you’re greeted by an expansive open floor plan wrapped in rich natural wood. The two-story A-frame living room is the star of the home, with a massive wall of windows framing the lake beyond. Cozy up on plush leather seating, enjoy the glow of the stone gas-log fireplace, or unwind with a movie on the large smart TV. Thoughtful touches abound—including two built-in dog kennels, perfect for guests traveling with pets.
Fully Equipped, Accessible Kitchen
The kitchen is spacious, modern, and designed for all guests. It features a lowered, knee-space-friendly sink area and wide pathways for easy mobility. Stainless steel appliances, a large wraparound bar with seating for four, and all essential cookware make this a welcoming space for cooking and gathering. Adjacent to the kitchen, a charming dining table seats six and is ideal for big family meals or game nights.
Comfortable Bedrooms for Every Group Size
The Fox Den includes two king bedrooms on the main level, each with its own personality.
The primary bedroom is fully ADA-compliant, offering wide turning space, easy access, and a large private bathroom with a roll-in shower, safety bars, and a comfortable layout.
The second king bedroom includes an attached shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo, beautifully accented with fox-inspired details.
Upstairs, a loft outfitted with four twin beds and a full-size futon becomes the perfect hangout for kids, cousins, or groups of friends. Additional sleeping space is available with the queen fold-out sofa in the living room.
Stylish, Spacious Bathrooms
Both bathrooms are generously sized and beautifully decorated. The main ADA bathroom features a modern, accessible design, while the second showcases whimsical fox-themed linens and décor that tie into the cabin's charm.
A Real Fox Family on the Property
One of The Fox Den’s magical features is the wild fox family that lives nearby. Guests are welcome to leave a small amount of dog food or food scraps out in the yard— a favorite moment for families and wildlife lovers (view from a distance only).
— Outdoor Enjoyment —
With direct access to Sibley Lake, guests can fish with a valid license, enjoy peaceful water views, or play outdoor games provided at the cabin. You’ll also find an EV charging station and a backup generator, ensuring comfort and convenience year-round.
