Lower Grand Lagoon

- There is a $115 one-time resort fee that includes 2 parking passes and 10 wristbands. This fee is not included in the booking payment and is for your entire stay, not per person. This fee is paid directly to Shores of Panama through a link sent ~1 week prior to arrival.
- There is ongoing construction around the Resort.
- The individual booking must be 21+.
- All common areas and amenities like the pools, front desk, elevators, etc. are managed by Shores of Panama. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.

Beautiful place!

We loved this place! Plenty of room for the 5 of us and everything we needed to make us feel at home. We always look for a great pool where we stay and this one is amazing! Thank you for a great week :)

Really love the room. The views were absolutely magnificent, and i mean inside (looking through the windows) and outside on the balcony. just love my morning coffee on the balcony enjoying the freshness of the ocean breeze every day. I will definitely look forward to next year stay at this same location.

Family vacation

It was the perfect spot for what we needed. Three couples. One was a beach lover, one a pool lover and the other liked both. It provided what everyone enjoyed and needed.

Family Vacation

Overall our stay was great check in was easy once we made it past the initial front gate we arrived and the condo was not clean so it pushed our process back so instead of checking in with our belongings at 4pm it was more like 7pm after driving 6+ hrs and after I reached out to management bc our unit was not cleaned from the previous residents. Parking Garage is very tight so be cautious while driving and parking Elevator is very slow but. Over all we enjoyed our stay the location is Great close to lots of attractions and restaurants and the view is absolutely amazing.

The place was beautifully decorated with tranquil colors and decor. It had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen and the view was to die for. Really, the only thing that I was unhappy with was how the temperature was not regulated well within each room. The master bedroom felt great
.the room across from the kitchen was FREEZING and the room directly across from the door when you walk in was HOT.

Loved it!

We booked this condo to celebrate my 40th birthday and we had the best time! The place was clean, the kitchen came fully stocked with everything we needed, and the wrap around ocean view was incredible! We loved the comfy balcony furniture and spent a lot of time out there. Pool area was phenomenal and beach chair rental was easy and convenient. Only thing that we wished we had & didn't were some blankets in the bedroom closets or living room. Otherwise, it was great!

Mostly awesome with a few issues

The property is so cute and decorated beautifully. The view is amazing!!! Unfortunately the 2 king beds are uncomfortable. The master has a huge dip in the middle and the other is slanted so your feet are above you head. Also, the second king room is extremely hot. The TVs in both the king rooms didn’t work properly. And the AC didn’t cool the last 2 days we were there. All minor fixes.

First off, the communication and how accommodating our host was, 5 stars! I always had a person to talk to during business hours. Part of our group arrived a day early, which a quick call to our host and they allowed me to purchase an extra day immediately, allowing them to enter the property that day! Fantastic support on their part! The unit was immaculate and the staff at the property was very friendly and helpful. The pool was huge and my whole family loved the design. One thing to keep in mind, this property was HUGE, one of the larger complexes I've ever stayed in, along with the size and design of the pool it attracts more families with kids. The attached garage was nice but very tight, so if you're driving a truck or large suv you're going to have to take it very slow and careful. The location of the property was a huge plus, many restaurants and stores were within a few minutes walking distance, we only took the car out a few times during our stay as the beach was our main reason for coming. Now the only negative my group had from the trip(which this is completely out of the host's control! They're fantastic to work with and this is just a heads up for groups like us with no kids) is being from illinois we're unaware of a "fall break". We purposely vacation during months that are thought to have less crowds(i.e. october/september), during the first 2 weeks of october the beach is packed! Similar to the summer months, so plan accordingly.

Nice condo

Overall decent condo but some definite improvements are necessary. The kitchen cabinets were one cup or pan away from breaking. Pots and pans were dirty. Couch was hard and uncomfortable. The shower rod in the master was broken and shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed. There was a noise coming from an adjacent condo and was so loud we had to sleep with bathroom door closed, sounded like constant running water. Location was a plus. Close to stores and restaurants. Noise from beach easily heard.

Nice unit and good view

The unit was very nice with very minor things that I would suggest (sliding balcony door took too much force to open, need more towel bars/ hooks). Same floor (6th) parking is also very nice. The overall building seems nice and didn’t have any issues with any employees. The elevators are one issue with building. Multiple times, multiple elevators werd out of order. At peak times this means long wait times and agitated people. So it creates a bad environment. With older people in or family taking the stairs was big a am n option. I would only stay here again if we were on a lower floor to give us more freedom. Location was fine and no other complaints.
