Cozy farmhouse~ historic charm~quiet, serene setting.

Pleasant relaxing getaway in this charming historical farmhouse, circa 1876. Recently renovated and has been totally updated merging with rustic elegance and modern comforts. My favorite place is the large covered front porch. Nothing seems to welcome you more than a front porch with rocking chairs, inviting you and others to gather together, to relax and enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the early morning sunrise or a glass of sweet iced tea on a hot summer’s day. Step inside, and you’ll be captivated by the warm atmosphere created by the flow of natural light and a gas fireplace with the original brick surround. Spacious open floor plan and large kitchen. Screened in back porch.

Downstairs provides a King bedroom and bathroom, guest bathroom, a queen sofa sleeper, cozy seating with gas fireplace, modern kitchen with major appliances, small appliances, and basic supplies and essentials. Large dining area, and laundry area. Upstairs provides a queen bed with electric fireplace, kiddy playroom with checkers and other board games, a full bed, twin bunk beds, and adjoining bathroom.

Free Wifi, Cable (living room TV) Smart TV's, and detached game room.

Bed Linens and towels are provided. Starter items are provided that include toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, and conditioner.

Outdoor charcoal grill. Fire pit. Ample parking.

If you want to take a walk, we do have the gravel driveway plus, the paved road behind the farmhouse. It does have a bit of an incline, but it isn't too difficult to walk.(I only walk the short black top road, as the other roads do lead to private property). It could be a great work out to prepare you for some of the hiking trips you may be planning.

Just minutes away from all the attractions in Sevierville, Pigeon
Forge and Gatlinburg. Olde Farmhouse Retreat is in the "Perfect Location!"

We loved it! The house was charming, very clean,and well equipped. The three full baths and laundry were so appreciated. The teens loved the gameroom and the upstairs nook. The quiet homestead is less than 2 miles from bustling downtown Pigeon Forge. The home afforded us pleasant, restful evenings after days spent exploring nearby sites and attractions. We did not have any issues with the house or the check-in/out process.

Open space, close to the attractions, no other homes right on top of you, grandchildren loved the little playroom upstairs, enjoyed reading about the home and all the work that was put in to make this such a beautiful house.

We enjoyed the cabin very much, it was clean and very well furnished. The only thing i wish would have been there was a gate for the stairway. We ended up buying one because both toddlers were curious about them. The internet for the TV was also not very good. The signal was not good at all. The kitchen was well stocked with everything to cook a few meals there. The game rolm was also very nice a used by everyone staying. The instructions for accessing the property was easy.

I love this beautiful farm house which has been repurposed into a perfect vacation rental with 3 bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, beautiful woodwork throughout, that would equal in beauty to any of the area cabin rentals. They have incorporated history of the past into the beautifully decorated house. It has all of the comforts of home. The host is very kind and easy to deal with. This is my first choice when I am in the area. My family loves it! I give it an excellent rating.

Beautiful home. Great layout for family/kids. Wonderful hosts. Game room is a separate structure right off the back porch. Beautiful private yard with flowers and landscaping. Country feel less than 5 minutes off the Parkway. Hope we can visit again soon.

It was amazing. Perfect location and the perfect setting. An amazing first taste of the area for my friends. They kept commenting on how much they loved it, and we spend every morning on the porch with coffee - as well as one evening watching the rain. — The game room was a fun bonus, especially with how competitive we all are, haha.

Tennessee Retreat

Perfect home for family vacation! Clean and comfortable with tons of yard space for the kids to play. Felt like we were in the mountains away from the business of Pigeon Forge but so close it only took a few minutes to get to the fun. Loved this VRBO and will be back again.

Amazing stay! Our 2nd time here

This place is close to everything but yet seems to be away from it all. Great size for our group of 6. Well decorated, clean and maintained. You will walk in and feel right at home. Host is in communication with us the whole time in case we needed anything. Our second stay here and we will be planning a third.

Spring Break

There's no words to describe how long happy we were with our stay. The cabin is beautifully built and decorated. The history behind it is awesome.This cabin is so close to everything! Our children 6 and 14 loved it. This will be our cabin of choice anytime we come to Tennessee. If you are on the fence go with it you won't regret it.

Wonderful place

The place was wonderful for our family. The place was great and we had no issues at all. It’s a less than 10 minute drive to the main strip. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

The BEST cabin ever!!!

First of all, the pictures do not capture the overall beauty of this home. The cabin was super clean, properly equipped, the host easy to reach, and super spacious for our family of 11! The kids ages 2, 4, & 8 had so much fun in the playroom and game room. There is 3 rooms (4 if you count the play room) 5 beds, Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs, one bathroom in the downstairs bedroom, and another bathroom in the living area all with showers! The kitchen was so spacious for morning breakfast. The fireplace kept us cozy and there’s another fireplace in the upstairs master!! The cabin was just 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge & 30 from Gatlinburg. It is in a PRIME location close to EVERYTHING. We did not want to leave. I cannot recommend Sharp Hollow enough.

Cozy Christmas Cabin

We had a wonderful stay with family the weekend before Christmas. The cabin was decorated for Christmas which made our trip even better. We loved the location, decor, game rooms and history of the cabin. We are looking forward to returning to this home away from home.

Perfect

This home was perfect. It is very roomy and clean. We have been coming to the area for my entire life and this is my favorite home that we have ever stayed in. The owner was extremely nice and communicated well. The home was very close to town however far enough away to feel like you were not in town. The only thing that I would have liked better is the stove burners did not get hot enough. However it was still a very pleasant stay.

Wonderful place to stay with kids!

We absolutely loved staying at this house. I will be recommending this to family and friends. It was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed at. You can tell so much thought went into all the details. The hostess was quick to respond and so helpful. Privacy was great. Our toddlers loved the playroom. Convenient to everything and the history of the house was the icing on the cake. It exceeded our expectations and the entire property is just beautiful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Such a beautiful place!

It was very close to the main strip. It has such a beautiful ambiance with quotes from the original house(1987) , amazing antique furniture, and a very homey feel. The beds are incredibly comfortable. I’m so thankful to have stayed here and appreciate the host’s hospitality!

Wonderful property

The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for us. The property is beautiful and they did a great job restoring this old farm house. The neighbors were great as well. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.
