Great space for family and friends for our wedding party to stay at. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking at doing the same as we did or enjoying the area for skiing in the winter. Thanks again!

Our stay at Beat on the Roof was wonderful!! Brandi was a great host, communication was easy and quick. the house was clean, spacious, and had lots of space and everything we needed. Many members of the group said they would love to come back!!

We had an amazing time here for a summer family reunion. The layout was great, with almost everyone having their own bathroom and plenty of space to hang out together. Everyone commented on how nice and unique the property was - vs boring hotel rooms with no character. I think we also got a great workout with all the steps! The kitchen was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive any time we had a question.

Perfect location with plenty of room

Great access to Heavenly and plenty of room for a large group. Lots of parking available too. We enjoyed the pool table in the living room/lounge in the evenings!

Fantastic house for a ski trip. True ski in ski out. Tons of sleeping room (we slept 12 comfortably in beds). Really cool downstairs bar/pool room to hang out in together. Brandi was a really great host and was incredibly responsive. We had a massive storm roll in the day we arrived with 40 inches of snow overnight, we had lots of questions about getting to the house in lieu of this and she always got back to me within 10-15 minutes. Also had someone to the house twice while we were there to clear snow.

BEST HOUSE IN TAHOE!! Seriously though, just book it. You won't be disappointed. I've never stayed in a more true ski-in/out place as this. This house has everything you could ever want for a large ski group! We fit 16 so comfortably and everyone agreed this was the best ski house they've ever stayed in. Brandi was an amazing and responsive host. Thank you so much for making our trip so memorable! We can't wait to come back! BEAR ON THE ROOF FOREVER!!

Great Ski in Ski out

The place was great for our group. Lots of rooms and it was clean. It is truly ski in ski out. You just have to walk across the street to get to the slopes. I would definitely recommend this place.

Awesome property and location

We had a great time in this property. Location is perfect and cabin was amazing. All the amenities was available. Brandi is a new owner and she make sure that we got everything. We would certainly rent this again.

Great location.

Great location for ski in/out. Great for large groups as lots of beds and bathrooms, parking for several vehicles. Kitchen is a bit small and the lighting is kind of dim. Overall our group had a great time.

Cozy and beautiful house

The house was amazing, very comfortable and well-stocked kitchen to have a nice sit down dinner with family and friends. The pool room and bar was perfect for everyone together. We hope to return to this property sometime soon.

Best Ever Tahoe Lodge

This place has everything needed to host a multi-day event and get in some runs at Heavenly NV. Parking, well appointed gameroom and bar, plenty of space, kitchen with every amenity. Will rent again.

Roomy fun house

We had a great time at The Bear on the Roof. Great location for hiking, going to town, etc. Kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were comfortable, plenty of room to gather with family. Just loved the extra large kitchen table. We enjoyed the Lake Tahoe area immensely!

Winter Family Vacation

The house is in the perfect location, it is right off the slopes of heavenly. There is plenty of room and separate areas to hang out. We had a great time and dealing with Robert was super easy. We will be back again soon.

Great for Family

This multi-level house is great for families. It is spacious, with lots of room for everyone. Be prepared to climb stairs, but well worth it for the view and the privacy. We made Thanksgiving dinner in the large, well-equipped kitchen without lacking for anything. Great location and the owner was very helpful to us.

Great Stay!

Great rental, especially for 12 guys. I was very nervous about no air conditioning but it was not a problem at all. Location & Amenities were excellent. Only real complaint would be price. Thanks for having us!
