This house is located close enough to Purdue to stay for major events. Ideal for a large family to stay together instead of trying to find multiple hotel rooms.

Lots of space but with a cozy feel

Would love to stay here again on our next trip to DeMotte. Clean home with lots of cute features. Owner responded quickly to questions. We had 5 adults together; everyone enjoyed their stay.

Cozy Cottage in the Country

you thought of everything. Place was nicely decorated and updated and especially enjoyed the porch and rocking chairs for a late night drink and morning cup of coffee.

Sandhill Crane weekend

We spent the weekend here with friends to see the migrating sandhill cranes at Jasper - Pulaski. It’s close enough for that. Host had good recommendations for restaurants and we also went to Fair Oaks. House is as described, very homey and had all that we needed.

Multi state sister’s, meet at half way point

Just the right number of porch rocking chairs. Every comfort needed with extra touches in every room. Great kitchen, so well appointed 3 bathrooms !!!!!! A most welcomed weekend for Four Sisters 💕

Beautiful house

This house is beautiful exactly how she described it. The tub is amazing a must use when your there. She left us water and chocolate by our bedside she also had Toiletries for us that was great since I forgot my shampoo. Communication with host was good. I would stay here in future again when visiting family

Cute house

We enjoyed our stay here while in town for a family event. We did have a little trouble finding the house with Google maps, but Apple and Waze worked fine. Hannah communicated well and quickly with us. There are nice little extras left around the house, which were a nice touch: a fizzy bath solution, chocolates, etc.

Beautiful Country Home!

So many things about this property were wonderful—charming decor combined with modern and well-functioning conveniences. Clean. Great communication. Clearly the owner cares about this property. Having one streaming service provided would have been nice, but that was only a small issue. The only suggestion for owner would be to charge a more reasonable deposit. The deposit was so large we were convinced to pay for the $59 insurance. This effectively raised the cost of the rental by 10% and was unnecessary.

I have loved traveling ever since I can remember and I am excited to be able to host travelers in my hometown.

I travel as often as I can. I love learning about new cultures, doing active things (like snowboarding, paddle boarding, horseback riding, tennis), eating authentic and local cuisines, cooking, and becoming acquaintances with foreign places and people. The happiest moments from when I have traveled are the times I'm fully immersed in a new culture with authentic experiences true to the country I'm in.

There's a certain treasure about small town America and this is where I grew up, which makes it a little more special to me. I enjoy interior design and this was an opportunity to design a space in my town to help visitors feel welcome and at home in rural Indiana, whether you're taking a break from the city, visiting family, or simply passing through. I hope you enjoy my space.
