Tahoe Donner Private Amenity Access - Important Info for Our Guests
Our home is located in Tahoe Donner, and as a short-term tenant, you have access to Tahoe Donnerâs public amenities (Downhill Ski Resort, Cross Country Ski Center, Snowplay, Golf Course, Bikeworks, Equestrian Center and all restaurants) during your stay. Access to Tahoe Donnerâs private amenities (Beach Club Marina, Trout Creek Recreation Center, Northwoods Pool, and the Tennis + Pickleball Center) requires a valid Short-Term Tenant Card and Daily Access Fees at the time of entry. This property includes 6 cards for use during your stay. Note: There will be a fee if passes are lost.
One Short-Term Tenant Card is required per person, ages 3+ (per day).
Short-term tenants with valid Short-Term Tenant Cards are required to pay Daily Access Fees to access private amenities.
Blackout dates apply during select peak/holiday periods for private amenities, at which time Short-Term Tenant Cards are not eligible for private amenity access (not applicable to public amenities).

The home has full heating and air-conditioning.
The house also features a gourmet kitchen, a great room that will easily accommodate all of the guests in comfort, a washer and dryer, a foosball table, a fire-pit, a hot tub, an outdoor grill and dining area, and a place outback to play corn hole when the snow melts. It can host up to 13 guests (Max 10 over the age of 13). There are 4 bedrooms (2 Masters) with 1 king bed and day bed, 2 queen beds, 4 twins (bunk beds), and 1 queen pull out couch. The house has 3 bathrooms.
The property has a 2-car garage with parking for 4 or more in the driveway. Please note that the driveway is steep. If there is snowfall, then chains or 4 wheel drive may be required. Ease of travel in the mountains is very much weather dependent in the winter. Homeowner is not liable for difficult driving situations or Tahoe Donner power outages as a result of storm conditions.
**Under the new short term rental ordinance, the maximum number of guests over 13 years of age is 10 guests**
