Tahoe Getaway: HOT TUB in beautiful 4BR + Office home

Experience the Lake Tahoe Area at our beautiful 4 bedroom + Office home, featuring air conditioning, a fantastic hot tub, large common spaces, a deck with amazing views and brand new modern appliances. We are located 20 minutes from Squaw Valley and Northstar resorts, including routes to the resorts which significantly decrease travel time on busy days. We are conveniently located 5 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants, 10 minutes from downtown Truckee and Donner Lake and 25 minutes to King’s Beach/Lake Tahoe.

The space
HOT TUB
The backyard has a private hot tub, perfect for after skiing, hiking or a day outside.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is perfect for groups with tons of seating and a beautiful fireplace. We have a smart TV and amazing sound system for entertaining.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM
The dining room table features plenty of seating for the whole group. The Chef's Kitchen is recently updated with brand new stainless steel appliances. You’ll find all the high-end appliances you’d expect in a modern home, so you can cook and clean for yourselves. We also have a Keurig coffee maker.

BEDROOMS
This home has a total of 5 sleeping areas. The master bedroom features a King bed, TV, private access to the backyard, and a large ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen room, desk setup and attached bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen room, desk setup, and shares a bathroom with the 4th room. The fourth bedroom features a bunk bed, a trundle bed, and shares a bathroom. The office/library also features a trundle bed and full wfh desk/chair setup. Every bedroom is spacious and features beautiful furniture and big windows that let in plenty of natural light.

WORK FROM HOME SETUP
We have 3 desk setups in the bedrooms (1 with a monitor) to allow for ample space to comfortably work from home.

The house also has fast *Business Internet* and very powerful wifi routers so many devices can be connected at once. Great for taking video calls!

ENTERTAINMENT
We have 3 TVs total set up with chromecasts / smart TVs to access all your favorite streaming services. There is also a 5.1 system in the living room, great for watching movies or listening to music.

PARKING
There’s space here for 4 vehicles - 2 in the garage and another 2 in the driveway. Carpool is highly encouraged. *Street parking is prohibited at all times.* In the winter, we recommend 2 cars only in order for the snowplows to plow the driveway. If you bring more cars, it may be more difficult to get in and out of the driveway.

Guest access
The property is accessed via a self-check-in smart Wifi lock. This is a simple and secure process in which you receive a personal lock code combination at check-in. Early check-in is possible as long as the home is ready ahead of time. Please check ahead of your arrival. The whole house, its outside spaces and parking spaces will be all yours for however long you book the property. STR NUMBER 016150
