Welcome to Edgewater Tower I #409, a Gulf-front condo located in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat accommodates up to eight guests and offers incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico and the resort’s tropical pool. With its open layout, private balcony, and convenient in-unit washer and dryer, this condo provides everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals of any kind, from quick beach snacks to full family dinners. Stocked with all the essentials, you’ll have everything you need to cook and dine in the comfort of your vacation home.

After a day of sun and sand, unwind in the condo’s two spacious bedrooms. The primary suite includes a private ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom enjoys access to the nearby hall bathroom. Nice but run down

Condo was decent. Fairly clean but with the volume of guests it felt run down and worn. Could use updates. Shower in guest bathroom wasn’t great (my kids thought it was gross). Great location for beach view but a bit noisy because condo is right in front of the pool.

location is great, but the condo is super dated and has damage. the sheets, pillows and blanket are clean but cheap. when we arrived, the unit was super hot and humid and there were three large de-humidifiers running; they were promptly removed the next day when i contacted the property managers, but i made it look like they were not ready for our arrival. i stayed here last year and it has gone down since then some

Disgusting, not well maintained condo with black mold

This condo is in rough shape. The furniture smells dirty, there was black mold on the ceiling tile, water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom, severely rusted shower curtain rod, a sliding door that was broken that you couldn’t open, water damaged ceiling with paint falling off onto the floor, and the 2nd bedroom has a severe mildew issue. The Edgewater Resort was fine but this condo is disgusting.

Florida Stay

The place was very nice and we loved the location. We ran into a couple of issues with water leaking in the master bedroom bathroom shower. The toilet also had issues. The balcony furniture was rusted and not in very good shape. I did feel that it could have been cleaned better than it was. Other than that we did enjoy ourselves.

Edge water ocean view 2 bed/2 bath

Pros: VIEW, property amenities amazing, pools & beach right outside condo. We were in Tower 1. There are 2 properties, if you want ocean view be sure you choose that. The other one you have to walk over a bridge to get to the beach. Cons: no communication from property manager until day of, this included a list of what to bring. We were already well on the road before this was received. No beach towels, 4 towels for 4 people (no a huge deal since washer & dryer). No extra blankets, bring your own. I’ve stayed in A LOT of vrbo & this one had the least supplies of any. Which is fine but more than the day of heads up is needed! Also-the pictures you see are NOT the condo you get. I knew i wanted to stay @ Edgewater. I researched every condo listed & chose a cute themed one. The unit we were in had thin white bedding, 2 pillows, older furniture, several electrical outlets didn’t work. Again-not a deal breaker but very different from what pictures showed! No instructions for check in received at all. I went to the lobby & asked for a parking pass. They said I needed bracelets which were $5/person plus tax & not included. Would i stay here again-yes because the pool & beach right out the door were amazing! And the view for this condo couldn’t be beat. I didn’t contact the property manager about any of this because not worth wasting my time. Just ask questions before & know they’ll give you whatever is available-not what is pictured!
