Buttermilk Ranch

Enjoy our newly-renovated 3 bedroom house tucked away in our favorite neighborhood in the Byrd Park area. There are 43-inch smart TVs in each of the 3 bedrooms, along with real wooden blinds, brand new memory foam mattresses and new bedding. You can also easily work remote, if needed, with fast WiFi from Verizon.
The space
Natural light streams into the living room with a large sectional couch and 55-inch smart TV, perfect for entertaining. The living room opens up into the kitchen (new refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove) that has all the essential items for cooking your meals, including a coffee maker, toaster, and microwave.

Stay cool in the hot weather with a new air conditioning system, and, when the weather is nice, relax in the 8000 square foot backyard with a six-foot privacy fence (the backyard is currently a blank canvas, we look forward to adding landscaping in the fall).

We loved renovating and furnishing this home, and are excited to welcome guests to our favorite area of Richmond, Byrd Park. We live on the street, and as a result can quickly respond to requests.
Other things to note
Byrd Park is close to Richmond’s most popular shopping district, Carytown, many beautiful parks, including Maymont, Byrd Park, and the James River. For those that mountain bike or hike, some of the best trails in the area, including the Buttermilk Trail and North Bank Trail are within walking distance. In the summer, you can easily walk to Dogwood Dell and enjoy their Festival of the Arts, including theater and musical productions. It is a safe area to walk and bike to all the activities that Richmond has to offer!
