Excellent Location

Location was great with an easy walk to Atlantic Avenue. The space provided everything I needed for my brief stay. Nice pool and excellent wifi.

Excellent location and this process was so easy. I was skeptical booking a hotel through VRBO at first but it all worked seamlessly. Would do this again.

Very nice place

Room was great! Very clean and fresh. The furniture and decor is of the minimalistic design. The view was beautiful! The location is only a few blocks south of the main street of shops and restaurants, so it's an easy walk. We did it several times a day. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Recent stay in Delray

Overall I had a good experience here and would recommend. Good location can work to the strip. Only negative thing I would say is that I had to call a couple times to get my roomed cleaned and get new bath towels. They would seem to forget my room every day.

Great location, but noisy

It’s in a great location, easily walkable to Atlantic Avenue. Our complaint is the lack of separation from the sleeping area and the sink area, so once your spouse/partner is up, you are up as well. This room is located at the front of the building and 5th Avenue can be noisy. This was really only an issue on a weekend night; other nights weren’t a problem. We loved Delray Beach, but donmt think we’d stay here again. Shout out to Allison at the front desk
she was VERY helpful to us; went out of her way a few times to help us.

Over booked

Booked property through VRBO and once I arrived they told me it was overbooked. No notifications prior or any communication. They were not willing to find us other accommodations. We had to at this point call a taxi and fend for ourselves. The check-in area and seating was dingy, dark and dirty.

NOT a home/house as it was listed when I booked....

Stayed here one night for a wedding, after having had a great one week stay at a VRBO HOUSE in the Keys. When I booked this Delray property, all indications at that time were it was supposed to be a HOUSE. Well, it is NOT. Instead it is simply a hotel room. Knew something was amiss when 'owner' said I needed to go to "a front desk to check in..."... Had never experienced such a gaff previously using VRBO, but did not have any time to change plans and go elsewhere. On top of being a HOTEL, and not a HOUSE as I had agreed to, the front desk started telling me that I needed to pay extra now because of my 1 dog (WHICH HAD ALREADY BEEN NOTED AND ACCOUNTED FOR IN MY ORIGINAL VRBO RESERVATION....Quite an embarrassment in the midst of a busy HOTEL LOBBY. To top it all off, I have now learned first hand that VRBO CUSTOMER SERVICE is NON-EXISTENT for all intents and purposes.
