Welcome to Kayak Kove! One of our newest Lakefront rentals. This family friendly property sleeps 16 guests. This cozy rental includes 2 king beds, 2 queen, and 4 full beds. Two master suites with private bathrooms with showers and soaking tubs. Bedroom 3 and 4 share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The bonus room has 4 full beds perfect for the kids! There is also an upstairs hallway bath for use, and instead of a powder bathroom on the main level, there is a full bathroom for guests- making this a 5 full bathroom home. Perfect for a multi-family stay! Located near Downtown Winchester, and Tim's Ford Lake, Kayak Kove in the perfect location for your next getaway.

Dock with slip can fit a boat.

House supplies starter kit included, please bring your own charcoal for the grill, firewood for the FIREPIT, and your favorite ground for the coffee maker. 2 kayaks included (bring your own lake towels please!) along with a firepit, picnic table, and outdoor seating.

We used this rental house for a women's retreat and it was amazing! The house was perfect for our needs. The space was immaculate and thoughtfully decorated. Highlights included the gorgeous kitchen (well stocked), ensuite luxury bathrooms, view from the back deck, and cozy gathering space. We enjoyed the firepit and made s'mores. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect Company Retreat

We rented this house for a short weekend company retreat. The house is beautiful and modern! Perfect location right on Tim's Ford, very convenient to downtown Winchester and the marina. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Great Lake House!!

Family together to celebrate a birthday for the weekend. Beautiful house, decorated so well, all the details perfect! We had a great weekend, rented a pontoon boat for Saturday. Enjoyed the little town of Dechard with its coffee shop and a great meal at Filo’s Tavern. Definitely recommend and will book again!

Amazing Weekend!

We had an amazing time here. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed kayaking and fishing. So many hangout options. The deck has enough room for everyone to sit, enjoy a great view of the lake and spend some quality time together. The fire pit area has lots of seating to enjoy some s'mores. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing!

Everything about this home is what you hope you get when planning your vacation. Our family had a blast. The house is emasculate! Tara, the host, is just a sweetheart to work with. You will not be disappointed. We are going to book again next year!!

We loved our stay at Kayak Cove! The house is beautiful and easily accommodated our party of 10. We brought our Tritoon and kept it on the dock all week. Location is very close to a boat ramp for easy launching of a boat. The house is close to restaurants, groceries, anything you may need for a lake weekend. We grilled and used the fire pit every night. We will definitely stay here again!

Great fun on the water

Great place for kids and grandparents. The kids were never bored. They had the kayaks. The house was incredible. Everybody loved their room. It was in a great neighborhood. My wife and are in our 70s and we had no problem with access to the dock and the lake. it is close to a boat launch so we able to easily launch our boat and keep it at the dock overall it was one fabulous vacation.were.

40th Fiesta Weekend

I had the time of my life celebrating my 40th birthday with friends near and far. We took advantage of the open living space and back porch to congregate over coffee while enjoying the birds and waves of the water. I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing yet sophisticated escape! Will definitely be back!

Fabulous Home!!

Our stay in Winchester, TN was everything we hoped for! The house was fabulous!! Plenty of room for everyone, great layout with furniture, beautiful decor, and fantastic views. The house overlooks the lake channel. Took advantage of the kayaks that are included, did some fishing off the little pier, planned to do bonfire in the pit with s’mores, but ran out of time. Highly recommend this house!

The best home!

Not only was the home even more beautiful in person & on the perfect spot on the lake, Tara was so wonderful to communicate with! She was always quick to reply and so happy to accommodate things for our stay! The house is absolutely gorgeous, fun for a weekend trip with friends or families!! It was so clean & everything was just truly pristine! I would give this property & our stay 100 stars if I could! It’s secluded on the lake while also only being 5-10 minutes from town and the grocery stores. It truly was the best!!!!!

Perfect Fall Getaway!

The house was beautiful! Decor was modern with a welcoming vibe! We were a group of 5 couples who get together once a year / everyone agreed they want to come back to this house again! The host was gracious and easy to communicate with. The weather was perfect so we spent lots of time on the deck reminiscing about old memories and making new ones! Also easy to get to Winchester town square. Definitely would recommend this property! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Made wonderful family memories

There were 15 of us. My entire family was able to come and be together for several days and we really enjoyed our time at your home and made some wonderful new memories to last a lifetime. The accommodations were perfect for what we needed. We loved the open floor plan because we were able to be together more often, yet there was enough space to sneak off by yourself for some alone time when you needed it. The house was immaculately clean and well furnished as well. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

fantastic Tim’s Ford rental!

We had a group of 16 (4 families) and had the best experience staying at this property over Memorial Day. The home is beautiful, clean, spacious, and comfortably and easily accommodated our large group. We loved having a private dock/direct lake access (hard to find on Tim’s Ford!), and we had a blast using the provided kayaks. The outdoor spaces were amazing for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The kitchen is well appointed (we cooked each night). The host (Tara) had excellent communication throughout and check-in/out process was very clear. This home was perfect in every way and we can’t wait to rent it again!

This is a nice place but if you have a a disability or are a senior citizen this may not be a place for you to stay. It is a hilly rough walk to the dock and back up. Even my grandchildren were out of breath. Also there were no washcloths in the entire place. No dishrags either.
