The House & Cottage totals 5 large, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their private en-suite bathroom. The 4th bedroom in the house can be either set-up with a king size bed or 2 twin beds. The house has three levels, with bedrooms on each level, allowing for privacy.
The Cottage has a big king size bed that sleeps 2.
The house and cottage combined sleeps 10 people. It could easily sleep 12 with the pullout sofa bed in the living area

The living area and kitchen of the house are on the top deck which is newly fully air conditioned.
