Welcome to Magpie Manor, a spacious family home just 9 miles from Schweitzer Resort, 0.4 miles to the shuttle, and 4 miles to downtown Sandpoint. Centrally located, this tastefully styled 5-bedroom, 3-bath home features new downstairs flooring, a new master bath, and a large deck with a hot tub. Enjoy stunning views of Sandpoint, Lake Pend Oreille, and the Cabinet Mountains. The master suite offers a king bed and workspace. Perfect for families, the home fits 4 cars in the driveway.

On the day of guest's arrival, we will send the door code and any other information required to access the home.

The Magpie Manor is located at the base of Schweitzer Mountain on Granite View Drive. Granite View Drive is a gravel road and a mountainous landscape lending stunning views of Lake Pend Oreille and the Cabinet Mountains.

Main Level:

- Living Room: The living room includes a large Roku TV, comfy couches, and chairs making it the perfect place to relax after exploring the beauty of North Idaho.

- Dining Room: The dining area is equipped to comfortably seat 6 guests at the dining table, and 4 guests at the kitchen counter. There are also 2 chairs located at the lower kitchen countertop providing additional seating.

- Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare delicious meals and spend quality time with friends and family. It boasts a range of appliances, additional seating, as well as cabinet storage and a pantry.

- Laundry Room: Guests have full access to the laundry room located downstairs. It provides a washing machine and dryer as well as complimentary dishwasher detergent and dryer sheets.

- Deck: The newly rebuilt deck located off the dining room, has a hot tub, seating and dining furniture, Blackstone grill and provides unbeatable views of Sandpoint, Lake Pend Oreille and the Cabinet Mountains.

- Guestroom 1 features a queen-size, sound machine and chair

- Guestroom 2 features a queen-size bed, closet, chair, sound machine and offers stunning mountain views.

- Bathroom 1: A full-size bathroom is located downstairs and is positioned between guestrooms 1 & 2. It is equipped with a NEW shower/tub combination, single vanity sink and toilet. This bathroom is also the common bathroom for downstairs

2nd Floor:

- Master Bedroom: Furnished with a comfortable King-size bed, side tables with lamps, smart TV, closet and en-suit bathroom. The closet doubles as a dedicated workspace with a large desk and 2 computer monitors with HDMI cords for easy connecting.

- Master Bathroom: Newly remodeled, the master en-suite bathroom has everything you will need to relax after a long day exploring Sandpoint. Enjoy a soaking tub, walk-in tiled shower, toilet and his and hers vanity sinks. Toiletries and towels are thoughtfully provided for your convenience.

- Guestroom 4 offers a comfortable queen-size bed, a closet to store belongings, and a convenient desk for guests who need to work during their stay.
- Bathroom 3: A spacious Jack and Jill bathroom is located upstairs and is shared between guestrooms 4 and 5. The bathroom is equipped with dual sinks, toilet and a shower/bathtub combo.

- Guestroom 5: Aka ‘the kids room’ is furnished with 2 sets of twin bunkbeds, smart TV, couch, and plenty of children's toys and books to keep your young guests entertained during their stay. This room can accommodate 4 guests.

- Parking: Guests can comfortably fit 3-4 cars in the home's driveway.

- Traveling with kids? This home has everything you need to keep the kids comfortable and entertained. Sound machines are available in every room, and there are plenty of children's books and toys to keep them occupied. A pack & play and booster seat are also provided, as well as children's dinnerware. The primary bedroom walk-in closet is particularly spacious and ideal for setting up the pack & play. Please note that this is a two-story home, and child gates are not provided for the stairs.

This home is located in a quiet community, so we do not allow parties of any kind. Please respect that quite hours are from 10:00 pm-9:00 am.

Train Sounds: In the valley below the home's location there is a train track that can occasionally be heard passing. This unfortunately isn’t avoidable, but we just wanted to ensure you are aware:) The home owners have included sound machines in case that anyone is overly sensitive to sounds.

Road: The home is a 0.4-mile drive on Granite Ridge Road which can be icy during the winter season. We recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles during winter.
