The house was roomy, well-furnished, and clean. I really liked having a full kitchen, which Pilar had fully stocked with dishes and everything we needed. And she had a lot of products in the bathroom for us to use. She had things decorated nicely and the stay would have been 5 stars except for a very strong, permeating musty smell. It made our stay somewhat unpleasant.

Dear Ken, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. In response to your comments regarding "a very strong, permeating musty smell" I believe this description may be an overstatement. As I mentioned to your wife during our conversation, the home is 74 years old, and a certain degree of an aged scent is to be expected given its age. Among the hundreds of guests who have stayed at this Vrbo property, we have not previously received any complaints regarding this issue. While I recognize that scent sensitivity varies by individual, the severity of the issue appears to be overstated. Nevertheless, I am currently in the process of installing an air purification system in the home to ensure guest comfort. Best regards, Pilar Eubanks.

The house was bigger in person, super clean and very safe feeling. The location was close to town and the church. I met several neighbors while walking my dogs and they were all very friendly. Pilar herself was amazing with communication and it was clear how sincerely she cares. I can’t recommend this place high enough. Perfect for families or women traveling alone.

Great layout in a great location

A great home base to see what St Marys has to offer that was able to accommodate our family of 5 well. When we come back to St Marys, we will check to see if this property is available again.

Great Place to Stay in St. Mary's

This is a beautiful home on a quiet street, close to everything in St. Mary's. The home is beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you could need. There is plenty of room for a large family.

We enjoyed our stay - it was a quick one while on a road trip with our dogs. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs and enjoyed the updated finishes, quiet neighborhood, and easy check-in/checkout.
