The home was very clean and accommodated our group perfectly. Location was convenient and we could walk anywhere we wanted to go. The owner was very easy to communicate with and we had no issues during our stay. I would definitely look to book here again!

This apartment really is exactly as described in the pictures. It’s exceptionally clean and it smells fresh inside. Check in is super easy and the host is most gracious and quickly responds. They hosts are generous in what is provided and don’t demand a long list of do’s and don’ts which makes the stay that much more enjoyable. Did I mention how exceptionally clean it is? It’s most inviting. It is super close to the PATH train and the apartment is in a quieter part of the neighborhood but super close walking distance to shops and restaurants. We would most definitely recommend and stay at this sweet little place again!!

Best place in town.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Margaret's place! The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and it was clear that great care is taken to maintain it. Host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my visit. The location was perfect, close to all major attractions, making it easy to explore the area. I especially loved the cozy decor and thoughtful touches throughout the space, like fresh towels and a welcome basket and a really confortable beds, I highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! I would definitely return in the future!

AMAZING SPACE

This is an AWESOME apartment. I have my own VRBO rental. There is NO DETAIL OVERLOOKED by this host. Walking distance to amazing Hoboken, NJ, and THE PATH. FREE PARKING a block away. I told the friend I was traveling with “I gave up a view for free parking.” The host made us SO HAPPY we did, INSANELY responsive. Detailed instructions for check in and the garage. Everything went as instructed. A well-thought-out space with amenities in every corner. Meaning - Heaters in baths and bedrooms in addition to central heating. Dehumidifiers. Phone charger receptacles in touch control bedroom lamps, TVs in every room. COMFORTABLE BEDS, nice pillows. Complete, tastefully remodeled upstairs and downstairs powder room. Well thought out dishes, pots, pans, utensils, dishwasher, washer, dryer, toaster, coffee, and hot water pot etc. We ventured out of the apt for coffee. Sophia’s was a block away and some of the best coffee I’ve had period. I may return just for Sophia’s. Go the other way ...
 towards the PATH and into Hoboken, there are many bars, restaurants, bakeries (including Carlo’s) to explore. Host set the stage for a clean, wonderful, and enjoyable weekend. We are already planning our return trip! I cannot express how much we enjoyed staying in your fabulous apartment, Hoboken, and NYC (a lot.)

Hoboken

We had a great time!! Wonderful, nice neighborhood! We felt safe the whole time. Fairly close to the subway and the water. We were able to walk down and take in the night New York City skyline! We loved it! The place was a little smaller than I imagined but still the six of us were comfortable. Margret always replied promptly and was very easy to work with! The parking garage was close and it was great not having to worry about the vehicle while it was there!

Great place to stay for tourists

Very pleased overall with this property. Great value and had excellent amenities, in addition to being in a great neighbourhood with plenty of bars. The subway station was a short walk away which made it easy to travel into Manhatten and the meadowlands (Met Life Stadium). Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

An amazing stay

Great place with great amenities!

This place appeared to be the perfect place for a group of 6 girls for the weekend, but when we got there it was even better than expected! We continued to be pleasantly surprised with how clean everything was and all the amenities available to us, such as great appliances, fans, sound machines, etc. the host went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed! We loved it, and would definitely recommend!
