Great property!

We stayed here and it was perfect! The house was central to everything we were visiting in Lafayette. The pool was great for cooling off after the Crawfish Festival too! It was clean and comfortable there. Highly recommend!

Family Visit

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and I have booked it for a third time. Its a convenient location for our needs and is clean and spacious with a nice back yard.

Just a quick stop

I was originally in Texas to visit some friends then I decided to stop by in my home town and get a vrbo. We really enjoyed this home. It was very quiet and the pool felt like a hot tub at night time. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Perfect Fit!

Nice home in a very quiet neighborhood. Mere minutes away from fine dining and area activities! Most definitely will stay here again on our next visit to the area!

Awesome place to vacay!

Three adults, 2 kids, & an infant were perfectly accommodated. Property was very nice, clean, & ready for us. I contacted the host because our littles found numerous ricks rocks in the pool, & we had an issue with the ladder. He messaged almost immediately, Sweet a time for arrival, fixed the issues, & visited with us. He made sure we had no issues, & was absolutely precious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, & none of us were ready to leave.

Great location

The pool was nice, my wife and I couldn’t use it because it had no shallow end and no steps or ladder and I am 70. We loved sitting around it and my kids in their 40s could slide out of it. Another blanket in the bedrooms would have been nice. All in all we would stay there again unless we find something in that area with pool access.

Needs pool access

The pool needs ladder/step access. The back yard needs attention/trimming/cleaning. The mattresses are horrible as well as lighting (some lights burnt out). The good: the linens were great, soap, detergent and coffee were available for use and appreciated.

Watches on Ring Camera

The property was clean, however, the ring cameras make the stay incredibly uncomfortable. Every time you walk out of the door in the front and back, the cameras are watching you and the owner contacts you. Biggest downfall of the entire stay was definitely the lack of outdoor privacy, it’s very uncomfortable knowing someone could be and is watching you with your children, ESPECIALLY when you are in bathing suits. Just feels inappropriate. Wouldn’t return to this property for this reason mostly. Also, there is a wasp problem.

Great Stay! Best Sleep!

We arrived and gained access with no problems. The house was clean and stocked with essentials; paper towels, toilet paper, dish & dishwasher soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and designated makeup towels. I was very impressed with the clean floors. We were able to walk inside throughout the house without shoes on and still have clean feet. The pool had plenty of seating and even beach towels. I like that the pool was about 4'. It was deep enough to enjoy with worrying about the kids going to the deep end. The pool did not have steps, so getting in and out was interesting for us adults. The kitchen had a variety of pans, utensils and cookware. We all liked the farmhouse sink and the spray/spout made washing dishes super easy. The jetted tub was such a treat. I really enjoyed soaking. Our bed was a dream. We haven't slept that comfortably in a long time. When we replace our mattress, I want one just like it. The dining and living room was spacious. We could've used a little more seating in the living room, like a lounge or oversized loveseat. The sofa was L shaped. When we all sat down hang out and talk, we were only able to fit four comfortably. We were there for a family reunion, so we were away most of the time and didn't get to relax at the house as much as we would've liked. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent the house again.

Reserved home to visit with Family, House was just as the described, split floor plan, so the Master suite is away from others, providing your sanctuary on other side of home, pool was nice, the neighborhood was in a centralized are and the people were very friendly, as we drove by, we were greeted with friendly smiles and waves, I'm from here, so it was good to experience good ole southern hospitality. Restaurants and stores were only minutes away, if you are visiting you should try The Chimes and Tad's Louisiana cooking, very nice establishments. I will definitely consider staying here again. :)
