Nestled among tall trees & a peaceful creek, our large home offers a tranquil retreat for friends & family. Enjoy the gated pool w/ waterfalls, stroll the secluded walking trail, and take a creekside hammock nap.

Kick back in our comfortable rocking chairs & take in the amazing sunset. As the stars come out, gather around the fire pit & unwind in the private Jacuzzi.

You’ll have everything needed for a large group to feel at home; a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, and game room with an arcade.

About the Space
We look forward to hosting you & your loved ones at our beautiful home!

With a fully equipped kitchen, you’ll have all the amenities needed for a perfect family getaway or gathering with friends. Gigabit internet, high-speed wi-fi, and a private workspace make it a great work-from-home location. The game room with Foosball, Ping Pong, Connect 4, & arcade games (The Simpsons/Terminator/Pacman), and board games make it so you will never run out of things to do.

Outside, enjoy a large patio, a fenced pool with waterfalls, and a private standalone jacuzzi that’s heated year-round. Firepit and chiminea lounge area and propane BBQ.

What an experience! The house was so nice, clean and spacious. The pool was the highlight, our kids had such a blast! Check in was easy and had great communication with the host. We will definitely come back to this property ASAP!!

Nice place to unwind

The place was great, and everybody enjoyed the stay. Small bummer that the Terminator arcade game didnt work, and we had to rinse some of the silverware and pots before using., but not that big of a deal. We would stay again for sure.

The Sunset house was very comfortable, spacious and fun. If you are looking for family photo settings, go out the front door to the shady lawn - perfect pics! The hosts are easy to work with.

Perfect stay in Newcastle!

Beautiful home in a wonderful location and peaceful setting. Has an amazing backyard with a firepit, grill and pool (with waterfall!). Kids loved the various arcade games in the main room as well. Would definitely recommend.

My guests said your property was awesome! They loved the pool (couldn’t figure out how to turn on the pool light but it was still amazing!) There were some cigarette butts laying around and in the pool but overall it was great!! Thank you for opening up your home to others!! I would definitely rent it again if/when needed!

Quiet babymoon

This house is very nice and a great place to bring kids. It was just me and my husband, but I thought of how cool it would be to bring my niece and nephews up here. The pool is awesome. I would love to come back here with more family. My husband and I just wanted a nice quiet few days to relax before our daughter gets here. Thank you for letting us stay!

Add on Vrbo misleading

The add on Vrbo said it had 3 living rooms with one room having 2 double beds. There was not 2 double beds any where in the house so therefore I had to scramble and get another place for 4 people to say! We had 2 dogs they basically stayed in one room and went outside. The host complained to me there was dog hair on the furniture. They were ever on the furniture. He said the add said no animals on the furniture there’s no where it even says that! We were extra careful to treat the house as ours. I would never stay there again

Gorgeous scenic home great location for a quiet getaway. The property is esthetically pleasing and spacious. However, it could use a deep cleaning! Massive amounts of dust, mold and dog hair throughout the house. Lots of old stains on the furniture and dog hair all throughout the house. Leftover belongs under the bed from old guest. The master bedroom bathroomdoor was stuck and hard to close or open. We were a large group and were only provided the garbage bags that were in the bins when arrived. But told to take all garbage to the large garbage outside the property. Luckily, I had bags in my trunk but had to ask guest to fill their trunks with trash to avoid a fee. The wine cooler didn’t work nor the beautiful microwave. Luckily there was a smaller one. The pool was gorgeous but not heated and was green needed to be deep cleaned. The jacuzzi had a lot of white particles floating in it. Also, bad gnat issue they were anywhere even stuck to the ceiling in the bathroom in rooms and kitchen. Another odd thing we noticed is there are no curtains or drapes in the master bedroom window,
