Attractive New End Unit Townhome- Perfect Location and Close To Everything!

If you choose to stay in our brand new townhome, your stay will be relaxing and full of memories. Our comfortable townhome is beautifully furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen and additional small appliances for your convenience, cozy decor for a tranquil feeling, and LOTS of new board games for those moments when you are not out exploring. Beautiful views can be seen from every bedroom and you can watch horses being trained and racing barrels from the master bedroom!

Heated community pool- Closed for the season starting on November 16, 2024.

Features:
*All bedrooms are located on the top floor*
Master Bedroom- King bed
Master Bedroom Closet- Pack n' Play for our littlest guests.
2nd Bedroom- Full over Full over Full bunkbed
3rd Bedroom- Queen bed
-Kid friendly: Pack n' Play, a set of plastic dinnerware (plates, bowls, and cups), and board games.
-There are 3 Smart TVs in the house (Master bedroom, loft, and living room on the main level).
-We are right by the Pickleball court and have provided a set of 4 paddles located in the garage.

Great location and host!!

This is our 3rd time staying here for an MTB race. The location is really convenient and the host is extremely helpful.

Fantastic townhome and location!! Highly recommend :)

We had an awesome time at this property! It is family-friendly, clean, and very accommodating. There was even a pack-n-play for my baby, pool access for cooling off in the heat, and laundry amenities if needed. Spacious, comfortable, and highly recommended!

Very Comfortable and Convenient Stay for us

We had a great time. The place was very comfortable. It was just my wife and I, but lots of room for 4 adults and three kids. We really enjoyed hiking around at the Snow Canyon State Park. (Very close to the townhouse) Plenty to do in what I think is the off-season. We also took in a day at Zion National Park which was not too far of a drive. I would stay there again if I travel to the area.

Vacation

We came for a quick vacation before we all head back to school. My husband works for a coal mine and had not had a day off for over a month so he needed to relax. We really enjoyed our stay and the kids loved being close the swimming pool.

Comfortable and Clean in Sunny St. George

This is an amazing VRBO. The bedding was so soft and comfortable that I'm honestly considering asking the host where she purchased it. The location is conveniently located and only a 15 minute drive to Tuacahn or downtown St. George. The complex has a pool, which we visited and enjoyed. We loved that they provided basic small appliances (pressure cooker, coffee maker, etc.). I would 100% stay here again and I've already recommended it to family and friends.

Great spot to stay for baseball or softball tournaments!

Exactly as described! Clean, quiet, and convenient. Stayed here for the weekend to watch my daughters softball tournament. We weren’t in the unit much but it was a perfect place to end a busy day. Pictures are what you get! Would totally stay here again!

great family get away

Lucy was a very attentive host who did all she could to make our stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible. Our townhome was brand new and very clean. The master bed was extremely comfortable. We loved having the pickleball courts and pool so close to our place. One of my favorite features was looking out my bedroom window first thing in the morning and seeing all of the farm animals. We would definitely stay at Lucy's place again

Perfect for our family!

We had our family of four and an extra bedroom for my sister. We really appreciate the honest price quote - especially because all the other places charged a crazy amount for cleaning fee. This is one of the only properties we found with honest pricing. The place itself was perfect for our stay! Plenty of room, Lucy was grat to answer questions. We’ll definitely be back. If you’re not a fan of early rising - may want to bring earplugs or white noise — the neighboring rooster likes to you know when the sun is up! 😄

Great Property!

Even though this almost new property is an attached townhouse, you wouldn't know it as we never heard anything from the neighbors. Clean, new, and fresh, the house had everything that we needed for a week's stay. The location was perfect for our participation in the Huntsman World Senior Games. The owner labeled where everything went in the kitchen and we thought that was great so that we didn't have to remember where to put thing back. If you like pickleball, there are courts right across the street and there are 4 paddles and pickleballs in the garage. Our only concern was there were only two dish washing soap tablets and no dish drying rack. It would have been nice to be able to run the dishwasher more than twice. Washing by hand and drying was a bit of a chore without the a drying rack.
