We love dogs and are happy to host them—please review the guidelines below:
🐶 We provide 2 bowls, 2 pet towels, and 1 medium dog bed
🐾 Pets must be pre-approved prior to booking.
🐾 Pet fee is $110 for up to two pets
📩 Please include your pet in your reservation (VRBO guests) or message us before booking (Expedia guests)
🏡 Maximum of 2 dogs per stay (no weight limit)
🛏️ Dogs are not allowed on linens—please bring a cover if needed
🚫 Please do not bathe pets in the tub—use the outdoor shower instead
🧳 Dogs must be crated when left alone in the unit
🔇 If your dog tends to bark, please be mindful of neighbors or take them with you
🚪 Backyard is not fully fenced
🚫Undisclosed pets or unauthorized service animals will result in removal without refund
🐕‍🦺 Service Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash with handler at all times even when leaving unit
If left unattended, local animal control may be contacted.

Violation will result in a $1,500 fine and immediate eviction without refund
🚭 No smoking indoors
Smoking inside the unit or sunroom will result in a $200 odor removal fee
⛈️ No refunds for storms or power outages
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance and bringing bottled water/non-perishables during storm season
