The house is in a very nice location and very close to the baseball complex. The house pictures do not do it justice. It is a very cute house and it is very clean. The house needs a few minor repairs to some items. The stove and some kitchen appliances need updating, and the couch in the living room needs to be replaced. The bathroom floor is extremely slippery and could be a big safety issue. There are a lot of rules for the neighborhood in the house. But overall, we had a wonderful stay and I would rent this property again. I’m.

Nice stay

The place is exactly like pictures show. We were in town playing in a baseball tournament at the Hoover complex. This location was close to it. We slept 6 and it was comfortable. Lots of towels, cooking utensils, a gas grill out back, a couple board games and nice TVs. The subdivision is right by the interstate, a golf course, several restaurants, groceries and a Target. There is a community pool that had several events but we never used it. The driveway is very narrow so be careful pulling in or backing up. I did notice that the neighbor has a ring style camera pointed at this driveway. Owners would respond within a reasonable time frame. Overall this place was exactly what we needed and would stay here again.

Stay here!

This place was exactly what we needed for a baseball tournament in Hoover. We had 2 families of 4 and plenty of room for our stay. Having access to the community pool for the kids was a big plus as well as a working grill and some outdoor space. We had everything we needed and close access to grocery stores, shopping and olaces to eat. The owners were very responsive and welcoming....would definitely stay here again!

Great house!

Very clean, nice house, exactly as advertised. The only thing I would change is the master king bed was very hard, but I should have tried both king beds before taking the bigger room for myself. 😉 We had 5 adults and one child there and weren’t crowded at all.

Welcoming stay for baseball tournament

Dee was a great host. The house was just as advertised. Clean and comfortable. The mattresses in the rooms were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The neighborhood pool was an added bonus and convenient to have after the baseball games. The exit provided all the amenities that we would need close by including a local YMCA for working out, plenty of eateries, movie, theater and shopping. Also not more than 15-20 minutes to the Hoover sports complex and about 25 minutes to the Spann high school, which is where a lot of our games were held. Felt safe and secure in the neighborhood. The owners were kind enough to provide a brand new grill as well as additional linens during our stay. We would certainly recommend Dee‘s house again.

2023 SEC TOURNAMENT WEEK

Dee Park was so wonderful and easy to work with! The house is super nice and spacious. Wonderfully located surrounded by all the amenities needed such as groceries, fuel, pharmacies etc..We will certainly be staying here again! Thank you all!

The home is beautiful. Close to alot of different things to eat and grocery stores. Easy communication with the host. Neighbors were very friendly. They were having a kids birthday party and they invited my children over. 10/10 recommend
