Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath CORNER unit is on the 11th floor of the Phoenix X complex, so the direct gulf front view is grand from our balcony! The balcony wraps around to give a wonderful view of both the beach and the bay sides! This complex is one of the most popular rental complexes in Orange Beach, with the convenience of walking to the world famous Florabama roadhouse and several restaurants.

The living room has a huge set of wrap around windows showing a stunning view of the sugar sand beach and sparkling blue waves below. From the balcony you will enjoy watching the activities on the beach, the red sunset or taking a nap listening to the methodical rolling of waves against the shore.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath, as well as direct balcony access! The flat screen tv has been wall mounted for easy viewing from bed.

The second bedroom has a king bed and a flat screen tv and the third bedroom has a set of twin over full bunk beds with a flat screen tv.

The spacious living room has plenty of room for everyone, a large flat screen TV, and a sleeper sofa to accommodate those extra guests staying with you.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could want, the dining area has seating for six at the table and 3 others at the dining bar.

Both bathrooms have large vanities so you can spread out!

The complex has two pools. One is an indoor heated pool and the other is on the beach side of the complex. The outdoor pool has plenty of seating for laying out in the sun or watching the kids swim.

The Phoenix X complex is located right beside the Florida/Alabama line, with shopping close by, restaurants within walking distance and live music every night just a short walk from your room!

No smoking in the unit or on the balcony and no pets inside our unit or on the property at Phoenix X!

There is a drink/snack vending machine, a fitness center, several hot tubs, bbq grills and multiple elevators and luggage carts for your convenience.

We have covered parking available and please be aware your reservation fee does not include a parking pass. You can purchase your parking pass upon arrival from the front desk for $70. Or, we do have the option to purchase your parking pass online in advance for $60. The online information will be sent to you when your door code is sent. We are allowed a maximum of two parking passes.

The Complex is within a short drive of several grocery stores (including a Wal-Mart Neighborhood market in Orange Beach and supercenter in Gulf Shores), pharmacies, package stores, movie rentals, spas, deep sea fishing charters, movie theaters, golf courses, water parks, mini golf, the Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley, Gulf Shores State Park, the Alabama Birding Trail and Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge.

History buffs can ride out to Fort Morgan State Park, built in 1834 and heavily used during the civil war. For those that want to visit her sister fort across Mobile Bay, Fort Gaines, they can take the interesting ride on the car ferry over to Dauphin Island! Makes a great day trip!

For those that have never experienced the night life on the beach, you are in for a wonderful time. There are many night clubs in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. The Pink Pony and The Hangout are in Gulf Shores. Live Bait is a popular spot in Orange Beach. All have live music most of the time. One of the best places to experience the Gulf Coast nightlife and meet people ages 18 to 80 is the world famous roadhouse, the Florabama Lounge. Located right beside our complex with great food and some of the best live music around! Also check out the Yacht Club and Ole River Grill across the street for more good food and live music.

The complex is only an hour away from Mobile Alabama, 30 minutes from Pensacola Florida, and 20 minutes from Foley, Alabama. Located directly on the beach at 29576 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, Alabama.
