Évitez les foules de la plupart des stations et dites au revoir à se battre pour la piscine et les chaises de plage. Avec seulement la moitié du bâtiment en location, Phoenix IX est le meilleur complexe en bord de mer pour la détente pure.



Serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé de sorte que vous n'avez pas à suivre les clés pendant votre séjour !! Wifi gratuit !!



Phoenix IX est l'un des condominiums les plus luxueux du Golfe! Vous pourrez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les baies vitrées de l'appartement. Avec plus de 2350 pieds carrés l'unité est très spacieuse et nouvellement meublée.



Les équipements sont abondants dans ce condo Phoenix IX: l'unité est équipée d'appareils en taille réelle, un bar avec machine à glaçons, 50 "HDTV écran plat dans le salon avec de nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat dans les chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse . Profitez de deux chambres à coucher avec lits King, doubles lavabos dans les salles de bains, et des vues spectaculaires. Deux lits Queen dans la troisième chambre, il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen dans le salon.



Il y a une piscine extérieure avec une pataugeoire sécurisée, une piscine chauffée, deux jacuzzis et un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne. Il y a aussi un court de tennis intérieur au 12ème étage.



Pour les grands groupes, nous avons également une autre unité 3br sur le même étage et 2 unités de l'ensemble du complexe.



Il y a une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans aucun remboursement pour violation.

The location was awesome! Loved the layout! The furniture is quite outdated, but the lazy boy chairs were a nice touch. We had some maintenance things and they were attended to promptly—Mike and his crew were top notch! The cleaning crew could take some lessons—it was still very dusty and the edges of the floors were really grimy. There could be more coffee cups. Some coasters to protect the furniture would be nice. All in all, we had a great time there.

We had a wonderful time, enjoyed a relaxing family vacation. There were a few things that needed to be fixed that we brought to their attention, so I’m certain they took care of it after we left. It didn’t change our visit, just things we thought they should know. Overall, a lovely condo in a great location!

2025 Beach trip

Property is nicely decorated and the view is Awsome. Parking garage is tight for a large vehicle. The ice maker had an issue and management had to run drying fans for 5 days of our stay which was very annoying.

Stay at Phoenix IX

The property was just as described. The condo was absolutely beautiful and very specious! Gorgeous views from almost every room in the house. Loved the location - close to restaurants and shopping, but with quiet beach and pool areas. Helpful to have so many things for our use - shopping carts and luggage racks, fully stocked kitchen, towels, blankets etc. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Enjoyed the balcony, eating and relaxing out there almost every day! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay while in Orange Beach.

Spacious and comfortable

We were pleasantly surprised on how big the condo was. It’s a corner condo, so you have the wrap around balcony. The layout is perfect for our family of six. We had one time when the middle bathroom shower wasn’t working but maintenance was sent up to fix it immediately. Otherwise the stay was wonderful, condo was nice and clean, and we will stay again.

This condo was not cleaned properly for our arrival. The furniture and shelf that held coffee cups and wine glasses was very dusty. The wine refrigerator did not work. We had to replace several lightbulbs in the master bathroom to be able to use it. We also had to put batteries in the tv remote. The balcony needs a good cleaning too! This is a very roomy condo and the location is perfect. I will not be booking this room again strictly because it was not clean.

Property was not clean floors dirty and stove greasy and pots and pans were not in good shape the electrical sockets most didn’t work and air conditioner was very hard to regulate cold on one side and hot on the other and fridge leaked water on floors other than that we loved the lay out of the condo

Stunning property, must stay!

Pictures do not do this property justice! I was thinking the living room view would’ve been exaggerated online, it was not. The most spectacular view from inside and from the large balcony. The beds were comfy and the 3.5 bathrooms were a great convenience for 7 of us (5 of us female)! There were actually enough seats for our family with bonus of recliners which was so nice! There were a few issues but they were taken care of right away. If you have a large family and you want some space this is for you! Oh, huge perk was the ice maker, awesome for keeping up with the coolers in the heat or for fishing! Only drawback was on the beach you could not use canopies unless you were in the back of the white poles ( behind chairs that you pay for) but we should’ve checked the rules, even with this by an umbrella and stay here!

Needs cleaning

The unit was not clean. Mold in the master bath. Furniture not dusted. Dining room table light not working. Wine fridge does not work. 2nd bathroom toilet paper holder not mounted properly. Pieces under sink. Door to master bedroom needs replacing. Had to replace batteries in remotes. DVD and surround sound not hooked up.

Amazing Views and Huge Rooms!

Our party of 6 enjoyed a wonderful family vacation. The ocean views from this unit are amazing from every room! It would be nice to have more deck seating, as there are only 5 chairs, at present. We enjoyed sitting out every morning and watching the dolphins play, and every evening before retiring. The place is beautifully furnished. There is an ice maker and wine fridge, which are very convenient! You can easily fill up a small cooler to take to the beach. Beds and bedding are quite comfortable and rooms are huge! The closets and bathrooms are very spacious as well. There is a full length mirror in the entryway closet for a quick check before exiting to dinner. The kitchen is stocked with many pots and pans but the skillets do need replaced. They either stick badly or are very warped. Good excuse for not cooking if you ask me ;) I addressed a small cleanliness issue which was responded to quickly by our host. Over all we could not have asked for a more comfortable or relaxing stay. We loved this unit!!
