Pelican Walk 212 - 3 Bedroom Beach Front Condo!

Unit 212 is a BEACH FRONT three-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo that sleeps 8 guests comfortably, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second master, and two queen-sized beds in the guest bedroom. The elegant décor and comfortable furnishings will make you feel truly at home during your next beach vacation. Each bedroom includes its own flat-screen television. Enjoy FREE Beach Chair service on the beach seasonally March through October! Two sets of chairs and Umbrella service!

Unit 212 uniquely offers two master bedroom suites with an adjoining shared master bath featuring a sizeable custom tile, walk-in shower, tub and plenty of counterspace and storage. Each master bedroom has its own sink and vanity, and separate toilet area. The guest bedroom also features its own private bath, with a single vanity and tub/shower combination. Down the hall is the open, fully-equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen area and seats up to eight guests. There are three additional bar chairs by the breakfast bar, for added convenience. Step into the beautifully-decorated living room, which includes plenty of seating in the leather reclining sofas along with a mounted flat-screen television.

Step out onto the large wrap-around balcony for lovely views of the pool area and the blue green water of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy morning coffee, watching the kids play in the pool, or taking an afternoon siesta. Unit 212 at Pelican Walk is the perfect accommodation for FAMILY BEACH VACATION in Panama City Beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is beautiful and we loved our stay. Great location to the pool and beach. Pelican walk staff and the experience there is so relaxing and you are treated like family 🥰. But sadly I was so disappointed in the condition of the carpet in the living room. That should not happen and it was so dirty you didn’t want to walk on it without shoes. So I would never rent that condo again. That was our 3rd visit to pelican walk and we will go again it’s a great place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not happy with accommodation. Te carpets were stained where guests had spilled drinks, foods or? Theirs The blin were messed up so your privacy was compromised. We payed for 2 spa showers, got only one as th guest rooms had been disabled by the maintenance staff. Too much trouble to fix it? Easiest to take the know off so you couldn't use it. Water in shared spa bath was COLD and at best tepid. Garbage disposal smelled awful when water was run into it. So all in all we won't be staying there again. Plus we were given only 2 loungers and 1 umbrella. Oh yes, the sofa recliners were broken from guests who either allowed children or adults to sit on them while extended and the were not repaired. So much was wrong in a $2000+ for 6 days, since you ✔in at3 on Sunday and out at 10 am on Saturday.

The East eleator was not working from day 1 of our visit. Thank goodness my unit was on the 2nd floor

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pelican Walk is a very nice & quiet place to stay. Unit 212 was very disappointing. Very outdated. Lots of hidden NOs! The dryer sounded like it was going to blow up. The master headboard had nails exposed... covered by pillows, carpet very stained through out. One of the toilets sounds so loud it makes you think it will eat you. Trash under the beds. View was amazing off the balcony and loved the space but UPDATE this unit please.
