Enjoy TWO sets of FREE Beach Chair & Umbrella service on the beach seasonally March through October! Pelican Walk 212 is a BEACH FRONT three-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo on the second floor with easy access to the elevator and stairs. This vacation rental sleeps 8 guests comfortably, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, and two queen-sized beds in the third bedroom. Each bedroom includes its own Smart HDTV.

Unit 212 uniquely offers 2 1/2 bathrooms and an electric fireplace. The master bathroom features an oversized custom tile, walk-in shower with a bench seat and plenty of counterspace and storage. Bedroom #2 has a 1/2 bath and Bedroom # 3 has an adjoining full bath with a custom tile shower! The updated kitchen is fully-equipped featuring granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen area and seats up to eight guests. There is a breakfast bar with counter height stools, for added convenience. Step into the Gulf facing living room that has plenty of comfortable seating in the TWO leather reclining sofas along with a mounted flat-screen television. The NEW electric Fireplace adds warmth in the winter and a cozy Easy access to the pool and gulf front wrap-around balcony from the dining and living areas!

Step out to the large wrap-around balcony for lovely views of the pool area and the blue green water of the Gulf of Mexico. Easy access to the balcony from the dining and living areas! Pelican walk staff and the experience there is so relaxing and you are treated like family 🥰. But sadly I was so disappointed in the condition of the carpet in the living room. That should not happen and it was so dirty you didn’t want to walk on it without shoes. So I would never rent that condo again. That was our 3rd visit to pelican walk and we will go again it’s a great place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not happy with accommodation. Te carpets were stained where guests had spilled drinks, foods or? Theirs The blin were messed up so your privacy was compromised. We payed for 2 spa showers, got only one as th guest rooms had been disabled by the maintenance staff. Too much trouble to fix it? Easiest to take the know off so you couldn't use it. Water in shared spa bath was COLD and at best tepid. Garbage disposal smelled awful when water was run into it. So all in all we won't be staying there again. Plus we were given only 2 loungers and 1 umbrella. Oh yes, the sofa recliners were broken from guests who either allowed children or adults to sit on them while extended and the were not repaired. So much was wrong in a $2000+ for 6 days, since you ✔in at3 on Sunday and out at 10 am on Saturday.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pelican Walk is a very nice & quiet place to stay. Unit 212 was very disappointing. Very outdated. Lots of hidden NOs! The dryer sounded like it was going to blow up. The master headboard had nails exposed... covered by pillows, carpet very stained through out. One of the toilets sounds so loud it makes you think it will eat you. Trash under the beds. View was amazing off the balcony and loved the space but UPDATE this unit please.
