Parking Rules & Regulations

• Motorcycles are permitted. We recommend parking them in the garage

• No oversized trucks, trailers, or work vans are allowed on the property



Other Things to Note:

Pullout Sofa/Futon Bed



The pullout sofa/futon mattress is thin (3 to 4 inches) and is not recommended for adults. It is suitable only for small children.



Non-Smoking Property



This is a strictly non-smoking property. Per HOA rules, smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property, including inside the unit, on balconies, or in the pool area.
